We went to this Tim Hortons today at around 10:20, and even though the store was clearly open, the staff refused to serve us coffee. This is honestly unacceptable. If a location is open, the customers should be served — it’s literally the basic standard of running a business.
The attitude we experienced was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely disappointing. There was no explanation, no apology, nothing. Just a refusal to serve while the store lights were on and employees were inside.
If this is how they treat customers, then this location seriously needs new management or proper training. I won’t be returning here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else to waste their time at this place.”**

Ordered a coffee from the drive thru this morning and the microphone was very quiet. Not a problem for me, just wanted to let the staff know for future customers. However, when I told the lady at the food pick up window, she immediately went on the defensive and insisted the mic was fine (which it wasn’t but that’s not the problem here). Very unprofessional and just plain rude to a customer giving a simple heads up. At the very least a “thanks for letting us know” would have sufficed. I’d think twice before going to this Tim Hortons location.

I, along with many other Canadians have BOYCOTTED ALL Tim Hortons since they adopted their biased hiring practices against natural born Canadian citizens. The simple facts are, the food has gotten so much worse than ever, the service in most instances is far from being what it was, the coffee is not the same quality, the cleanliness has really deteriorated since this once Great Canadian franchise was sold to an American firm. The fact that when I was growing up TIM'S was a great stepping stone from high school into the real world, allowing us young kids to experience our first venture into our future. However now, TIM'S will not even hire anyone who isn't a immigrant. Nothing against immigrants, however what about the rest of us who want our kids to get a job, but are being discriminated against. This is blatant racism imo. I BLAME THE CORRUPT LIBERAL GOVERNMENT for subsidizing the wages up to 60%. Its all part of their bigger plan. We Canadian are waking up to the hypocrisy of whats happening to this once Great Canadian institution. Mr. Horton is rolling in his grave knowing how far left his dream has fallen. No more Tim's for this CANADIAN.

Came today morning around 7:35am, i asked the lady for extra heat on my drink, ended up giving a cold drink, went inside so she can give me another ones as i ordered steep tea DD, and she said isn’t her, its the machine, i told her i can wait, she put my drink in microwave on 1mins and i gt warn drink instead of hot drink, is like we don’t pay money, put in garbage went ti near by tims and i gt what i wanted,,,, avoid this tim pls, 2nd time now
I visit this Tim Hortons frequently and always have a great experience! The service is quick and efficient, even during busy hours. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming — a big shoutout to Vy for always providing excellent service with a smile. It's nice to be recognized as a regular, and it really adds a personal touch. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast, friendly, and reliable service!

Unfortunately, this Tim Hortons has really gone downhill. Every time I visit, the service is painfully slow, even when it’s not that busy. The staff seem overwhelmed or unorganized, and it takes far too long to get even the simplest orders. On top of that, the quality and quantity of the food and drinks have noticeably bad, items often taste stale or poorly prepared, and overall it just doesn’t feel like good value anymore. Disappointing experience overall.
