Only this location get 5 🌟 because they get the food or breakfast right on. My bagel was toasted perfectly and the right amount of cream cheese was spread inside of my bagel. Not like the other Tim's locations. Where you are praying that 🙏 the cream cheese that you ordered will actually be inside of your bagel. There is nothing worse than paying for something you will not get. Thank you 😊 Tim's in Maple! This place is great!

Oh no, they've started doing what other fast food dummies are doing now too. What's the point of having a drive-thru if you start telling everybody to move up for your basic simple orders that they serve everyday?
If your company's metrics are so difficult to deliver on that, your staff starts faking speed of service numbers by telling every customer at the drive-thru to 'pull ahead and park and will bring it out to you,' you're not really providing great service are you?
And there's nothing more aggravating than being told that when there's nobody behind you!

I’ve also noticed that the coffee is consistently fresh, hot, and of exceptional quality—better than anywhere else I’ve been. The location is conveniently accessible, and the customer service truly deserves a five-star rating.

Absolutely horrendous! I visit this location 2 times a day, Good business for the owner. I’ll have to find another location because the service here is almost non existent. One staff member has such a horrible attitude, she makes your experience so bad I honestly wonder if she does it on purpose to scare customers away. I arrive just before 6am multiple days and get told food with take 10-15 minutes!!! Stale bread, rude employees and hair in my food
