Good morning,With due respect just to let you know this is the 2nd time the egg shell is found in English style breakfast sandwich. 1st tie i got few but 2nd time lots of them.just through in the garbage the whole sandwich. No time to go back and have them make new sandwich. It s the management issue not the staff fault. Where ever you have a contract to get they need expert guilty control manager to make sure why that's is happening.

At this location in the past, the food has been good but I had a problem with the drive thru window where they asked me to wait to drive up but lately it’s been a lot better. Faria, the girl at the front window has been really great and very quick with my orders. I will continue returning to this location.

The workers here are clueless and have no idea what they are doing. They have everybody waiting 10+ minutes for their orders. Even while I was waiting inside for my order, people were walking in from the drive thru complaining that they got tithe or orders wrong and the cashier was arguing with them. Also everything is stale. All the doughnuts in the display look like rocks. They need to fix this place

I rarely leave reviews for Tim’s but this location in the morning with no other cars in the drive thru… I finished ordering & the young lady was like “please wait one minute sir” which had me thinking she was checking if they had the order is stock or not. So after waiting with no response I pull up to the window and she is pulling out the pay machine and food that was ready, as if she never asked me to wait at the order machine. I asked her “why did you make me wait back there and waste my time, instead of just asking me to come up and pay?” She said “so we can make the food ready”. The lack of common sense with some people is insane, I drove away to not find a single napkin with 3 sandwiches that I ordered so I had to park the car walk inside and get them. Train your employees better this isn’t rocket science 🚀an elementary school kid would have more sense 🧠

Don’t know what happened to Tim’s, this location gave me burnt race, burnt chicken vegetables weren’t even fresh. Location was just terrible on top of that I was told to wait 10 minutes to take an order as there was just one person working.

The employees at this location look absolutely clueless. Absolutely no customer service experience. No smile, no nothing. My rice bowl seemed stale and not fresh. I asked for a bag for my order and they looked at me like I had two heads lol
I went to this location at 750pm, ordered a decaf coffee. I was told that there was no decaf coffee, that "we won't make it now because it won't go" . I asked what time they close, the girl responded 11pm. She also added that her shift is almost done do she was heading home. So I asked if no one was going to work there, she assured me that 2 girls were working until 11pm but no chance of getting a decaf coffee. How disgusting and lazy are these people. Shame on Tim Hortons, they obviously don't think good customer service is important. Most people would prefer decaf coffee in the evening. Starbucks is not too far away!!! Don't waste your time going this time Hortons in particular.

They don’t even deserve 1 star! The one Punjabi guy gave us cold potato wedges! Like 5 pieces!! We went back and there was no acknowledgement and no apology. He took it , heated it in the micro and gave it back. What kind of service is this???! Avoid this location. Worst people!

Avoid this location at all costs. Ice caps are milky/runny. Plain bagel buttered on one side, not even cut. Donuts were stale. Staff barely able to take a order. Done going to Tim Hortans again. What a horrible experiance.
