Garlic bread tastes good, food is prepped fast, kiosk kinda stand out weirdly. Overall pretty good

Most of the time here was ok, but when you offer toilet facilities the .management should also take care of the maintenance of the toilet seats, the stall I used was dirty and the seat was loose causing an uncomfortable situation.

Asked for a small coffee with just a shot of FV.. still got charged for FV and not coffee. Asked for a cup of water and got charged 20cents wheras it’s suppose to be 10cents. When questioned I was told it is what it is.. take it or leave! The lady at the counter was ok but a bald guy jumps in from the back and starts talking shit…
Business is good at this location so they feel they treat customers like crap..

I bought a cilantro wrap and a coffee. After finishing it I went to get a Brownie and asked for a cup of water. There was a .20 cents charge for the cup. Staff didn't charge me the .20 cents after explaining I needed it to take my medicine. Tim's gives thousand of cups away with the free with points promotion, this location is being cheap by asking money for one cup. Atleast the water was free. I noticed when ever this store gets a 1 star rating the owner is fast to suggest to call guest services. When it's a good review he will answer the review with praise. What are you afraid of?? Tells me you don't care of the concerns people have with the way your restaurant is run and maintained. Let the other guy like guest services take care of it.
FOLLOW UP: See what I mean! This owner will not address the problem. Told me to email guest services like all of the one star reviews.

The guy with the bald head and black glasses is very rude. Yelling at customers like he doesn't work in customer service. Terrible person and should not work at any customer service based job.

I am deeply disturbed and disappointed by a recent experience my family had at this Tim Hortons location. One of the employees named above, not only acted in an extremely unprofessional manner, but also crossed a serious line by verbally attacking and screaming at my family, including intimidating behavior that terrified my children.
This individual's aggressive tone, hostile language, and threatening demeanor were completely unacceptable. What was supposed to be a quick stop for coffee turned into a traumatic experience for my kids, who were left shaken and afraid. No family should ever feel unsafe or threatened at a place of business.
I urge management to take immediate action. Employees who engage in intimidation, verbal abuse, and inappropriate conduct should not be representing your brand. This kind of behavior not only damages your reputation, but also puts your customers' well-being at risk.
Until this is addressed seriously, I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others—especially families with children—to think twice before visiting this location.

The worst experience ever, an indian guy who couldn’t hear properly we asked him for some stuff two times and he still didn’t understand, he had very weak customer service
I usually don’t order food and I grab a coffee every morning. The one at Major Mackenzie and Jane (stand alone Tim) is the most consistent when it comes to a good cup of coffee. I’ve visited so many in the area but this was is quick at the drive thru and coffee always tastes good. The staff at the window are always so friendly

Serious Concern Regarding Food Safety and Staff Conduct. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred on June 30, 2025 at Vaughan mills Tim Horton opposite Wonderland- involving one of the donuts on display. There was a fly on the donut, and despite two staff members being made aware of the issue, they did not remove the donut or address the situation appropriately. Instead, they continued serving other customers as if nothing had happened. I approached one of the staff members and asked her to call the manager. She said she would—but we waited for 20 minutes, and no one came. During this time, the staff member disappeared and did not return. We felt ignored and dismissed, with no acknowledgment of our concern or follow-up. We were purchasing food for our children, and after this incident, we no longer feel confident in the cleanliness or food safety standards of the establishment. The lack of action and customer service was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly and ensure this does not happen again.
