I bought a Harbenero bowl from the drive-thru. When I started eating it in my car, I noticed that all of the lettuce was black and clearly spoiled. I went back inside and spoke with the supervisor, Saba. She said she would only change the lettuce and was very rude. She didn’t apologize or show any concern about the food quality. Very disappointing experience, especially when it comes to freshness and customer service.

We just took coffee at drive thru and there was a manager named asad he was soo rude because he has to repeat our order for the third time this behaviour was intolerable i also work at customer service but we never give service like this i think he need to work on this

When most of your recent reviews are negative and directed at your staff, it’s kinda obvious that there is a MAJOR issue with this location’s management. They are consistently get my order wrong and have a lousy attitude every time. I’m not targeting a specific team member either, nope. They all act the same, it's almost as if it’s some kind of code of conduct to be rude to customers. A complete reevaluation of how this place operates and how its employees handle orders is urgently needed. I’ll never be returning to this location again.
