I ordered two coffees at 3.15 pm on 11th dec 2024 and "saba"(cashier) just made my bill and asked how i am gonna pay then i took 1 minute to find money as i was having coins with which i can pay easily it all took hardly 1-2 minutes but "saba" started staring in anger at me and her actions were like throwing pennys in my hand in anger. I dnt understand what is this behaviour if you don't like the work just leave it.

I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons. The coffee tasted burnt, the donut was stale, and the staff seemed disinterested and rude. The wait time was also ridiculous, even though it wasn’t busy. Waited 10 mins for a small coffee. Definitely not worth the trip—won’t be coming back.

Sad when the restaurant doesn't care when one of Justin Trudeau beggars hangs out by the order speaker and harasses people when they are trying to order. Sad when the restaurant feels like there is nothing they can do. This is our country now. Businesses are helpless because these politicians have made our country a hellhole.

The whole management of this location should be fired! Why, well they can't manage this location! They don't have enough employees working cashregisters inside, funny thing is that, they will call you at their convenience, customers are waiting for 5+minutes to place the order inside the store! Maybe you will start giving people number so they know their place in line? What kind of joke is this? Customers should not be waiting for staff, staff has to be waiting to serve customers in a timely manner, if this location is short-staffed, well then fire management and hire productive leaders and more staff, if you are charging on average more then most locations of other brands, that means you can afford to hire more people, to serve paying customers at faster rate!!!

Ordered a coffee in a drive through and asked to go to the back door, the coffee i was served had a dried cofee on the cap, seems someone returned the coffee and it was given to me.

I just ordered one caramilk iced cap through drive thru And after receiving it i realized it was with wip cream… even for the convenience of the staff i asked them to remove it with spoon instead of preparing a new one but she didn’t…. And after that she started doing arguments…. Tim being such a big brand failed to provide customer services…. How one can be so rude even when it was her duty to be polite but instead i was the one who did that… secondly it was not even that busy…. Had a poor experience with them….
