This is a message to whoever manages this google business listing. Please take a minute to correct the address and phone number for this location. The phone number listed here is for another location that does not work. The address listed here is not correct as that is also for the location inside wonderland which in on the other side of jane street inside Canada's wonderland.I have suggested edits on multiple occasions from multiple google accounts and i guess google or Tim Hortons both are not interested in fixing this listing.

This tim hortons location is an absolute nightmare. I have been coming in every morning at the exact same time and ordered the exact same thing and somehow they manage to get it wrong multiple times per month. They cut you off when you are ordering at the drive thru, most of them barely speak english. Numerous times I’ve had to come inside and tell them you forgot the cream cheese, or you forgot the butter, or you put cheddar, or you put garlic cream cheese. Absolutely ridiculous, my order is not at all difficult. Customer service means nothing to these people and they are definitely not there to work. Always talking amongst one another, mocking customers thinking we don’t understand because it’s in a different language. Maybe hire people who actually want to work instead of hiring the first person who is willing to just be there and walk around for 8 hours a day at the lowest wage possible? If I had the option to go anywhere else I would but unfortunately this is the only tim hortons on my way as I work in an industrial area.

Food - They offer the typical Tim Horton's menu with a variety of food and drink options. I've consistently found that this location never runs out of stock, a positive contrast to my experiences at other Timmies locations.Service - The staff here is speedy, professional, and hardworking. Unlike my experience at the Fleet Street location, I received my entire order in one go without any prolonged waiting.Ambiance - Abundant seating and available parking make this spot convenient. Its proximity to Wonderland and the nearby buses adds to its accessibility.

This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to for its terrible customer service. There has been numerous times where I have ordered here and have encountered employees who don’t understand what I am ordering. Just the other day I ordered a hot chocolate and I kept being asked by the soup and sandwich lady if I was waiting for something else with this upset tone, but it was something I didn’t order. I got very frustrated. They all look at you in confusion. This location is sometimes out of certain baked goods that sell out quick in the afternoon, which sucks when you are looking for these items in the afternoon.As someone who has worked at Tim Hortons in my past, employees should be more personable, engaged and happy to interact with your customers from all walks of life.

I ordered a classic chicken wrap which looked extremely wide and huge in the packaging. Once I opened it, I find the wrap not even wrapped. Once I open it everything starts coming out, and I had to sit in my car and start folding the wrap by myself. Very disappointed. The person who made my wrap clearly doesn’t care about their job or the customer service.

New staff not port and polished on serving the public; probably due to lack of training from senior competent staff. Tim Horton-this location 2208 Jane Street, has really lost its edge, in our community.
