Bought 2 large cups of ice here for my child’s knee (he fell down) weird slime came out of the ice when I inserted into a ziploc. Convinced the night workers spit in the ice for no good reason. Tim Horton’s needs to be managed and operated by real CANADIANS again. Deport.

Ok, after the reviews, I still decided to buy a coffee from this location, and this is what i get lol Literally half finished before taking one sip. I didn't know you brought back old skool smalls. Pathetic way to cheap out. Definitely not supporting Tim Hortons anymore. This tactic from certain run tim hortons by usual suspects basically stealing customer money by charging you for whatever size, and underfilling. This has happened too many times. I think Corporate should start stepping in and taking away certain locations from these low class owners. Will be buying from mom and pop coffee shops from now on.

I’ve been coming here every morning, but my last visit was VERY disappointing. I ordered a bagel with half the butter, but it was burnt and had too much butter. The customer service was poor, especially from the Indian girls who were rude. I miss the Indian guy who used to work there in the morning shift; he was always friendly.

All Tim Hortons locations in the last few years have dropped like crazy in terms of quality, but none of them have sunk this low. Even 0 stars is too many for this particular location. I ordered a toasted bagel with DOUBLE cream cheese (because i know they barely put any, they never do) and look at the picture below. Who will ever accept that!?!? This is not the first time. It happens every time, and I've had enough!!!! Order 20 bday cake timbits, get 10 assorted dry like rock ones. Order and pay for a large peach quencher, hand me a small one. And the peach quencher always ends up having some dirty sediment in it. Why is it so hard? At this point I feel like they do it on purpose.

Disappointing to say the least.
I visit this location regularly for coffee since it's close to my office, but after today’s experience, I doubt I'll return. I decided to go inside for lunch rather than use the drive-thru, as it was busy. What a mistake that was.
First, we’ve come so far from the days of friendly greetings like, "Hello, how can I help you?" Now, it's just "NEXT" – no warmth or direction. I ordered a drink, a chicken wrap, and a breakfast croissant. They handed me the drink and just said "NEXT" with no instruction on where to collect my food. So, I followed others to the right, where food was being tossed on the counter, called out by item.
My wrap was called, so I took it. The staff member asked, “JUST the WRAP?” I said yes, thinking that was all for now. Moments later, she turned and yelled, “WRAP and BREAKFAST!” I realized I had mistakenly taken someone else’s order and returned it. The other customer didn’t mind, but the staff member immediately started YELLING at me: “I said JUST the wrap, and you said YES! You didn’t listen!”
Embarrassed in front of a room full of customers, I apologized and explained it was a mistake, only to have my bag thrown at me by the same employee, as her coworkers giggled at my expense. I left feeling completely distraught.
This kind of interaction is absolutely NOT acceptable. Where have the days gone when employees would say “please” and “thank you,” or wish you a nice day? It seems now anyone with a pulse can be hired here. This is an experience I will never forget—and I will never return.

I asked for a large ice cap and the make in a large cup but size medium like what am I paying money for? They say that’s how it’s supposed to be! No I come there all the time and that’s not how it’s supposed to be if your making a med then charge for med not large! Really rude and disrespectful!

The staff at this Tim Hortons were unprofessional and unhelpful. They displayed a lack of urgency and courtesy, resulting in a incorrect order. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer service and efficiency. I am never coming here again.
