I went there today on 29th December at 11.45 for an order at driv thru, this is the worst tim hortons i have ever been to, such a rude staff they have zero customer. I mispronounced something and she replied to me in such a arrogant and rude way.
Waiting 10min for mobile order, just a coffee

You should charge less from walk-in customers if you’re more keen on deliveries &. Such a pathetic & sick service

Very dirty place. How can you trust it is clean healthy place. Half of Tims are pretty much like this bathroom. They make money a lot and still unhealthy place.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons today (October 25th around 2:00 PM). A lovely lady named Anadit (sorry if I got the name slightly wrong) helped me a lot and kindly customized my iced protein latte exactly how I wanted. She was friendly, PATIENT, and really made my day. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! ☕️😊

The staff member at the drive-thru was extremely rude and showed a lack of respect. Clearly, customer service skills are not their strong suit. She has a curly hair.
