Yikes, I don't know how to tell the people in this town 😬...it really really stinks here. Smells like potent rotten milk...and lately now im smelling cow manure. Uuugh, I can tell the workers and locals are nose blind. Sorry guys I know there is literally nothing you can do about it, but some more sensitive people may want to wait the extra 30 minutes or so until the next Tim's...either Mount Forest, Elmira, or Shelburne and no more bad,horrible Smells. 😬🙄

I visited the place during the night hours tell me why the only serve drinks and cookies nothing else was available according to them as if thats not enough when I finally agreed to get what was the only thing available the end saying the can only accept cash since when has that ever applied i have never had of such policy in any locations i visited so i ended up not taking my order since i had no cash on so far that was the disappointing experience ever because why would you say open 24hrs when you have nothing to serve

We have been coming to this tim for last 3 years. Recently we had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. Mostly during nights.Despite clearly asking multiple times for no sugar in my order, it was completely ignored and I was given the wrong drink. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed, especially when repeated more than once. Good customer service means listening carefully to customers, but unfortunately that was not the case here. I hope the staff pays more attention in the future so others don’t face the same issue. Specially it was for Indian girl.

I have been to hundreds of Tim Hortons thought the York Region and Toronto area. I have experienced the worst service in all of them. This is the best Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. The line was long but went by very quickly. The customer service at the counter was exceptional, all Tim Hortons locations should go to this location and learn some true skills and better manners. The order was accurate, fresh and came out quickly. Flawless!

In my everyday routine . I stop here to grab a coffee was always fresh but from last one week coffee is not fresh. It has a after taste.

I ordered a bagel for breakfast, but unfortunately it was quite stale and tasted old. I hope the freshness of the baked goods can be improved, as everything else seemed nice.

chinese lady takes too long to take order!

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They took over 20 minutes to make our food and completely forgot about us once we told them they made our order wrong. The was also a few health code violations noticed. I’d rather drive another 20 minutes to a different location rather than go here again..
