Staff dismissed me after i asked for no dairy on my item, and guess what it had a piece of melted butter. As well upon asking for the problem to be resolved staff gave me attitude and showed no care for the work they do. to be exact on friday shift at 7:30 ish. nov 28

Generally one of the better Tim’s that I have been to. Staff is friendly and tables and chairs relatively clean. The only drawback is the the food quality varies by who made it for you. Cream cheese bagels could go from 0.5 to 1.5 portion of cream cheese. Seems like they could not get the quantity right. Same with the sauces in any buns or rice bowls or breakfast boxes. I think they need to pay more attendant to portions. Otherwise than this, the place is one of the better Tim’s.
