Be cautious when scanning coupon offers.
One of the staff member used scannerthat do not accept/scan offers from the app.
If this happens, ask them to switch to the correct scanner in order to redeem your offer.
To make a long story short, a worker charged a Large drink for a small drink.
No manner to customer.

Pathetic.
Placed an uber eats order today. Confirmed. Prepared. They canceled when the courier went to collect
Placed it again thinking it was the couriers fault. They told me they were out of cold brew. I asked for regular coffee. They accepted. Prepared it. Canceled again when a different courier arrived.
Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time and of the time of two couriers.

Absolutely terrible experience with the drive through lady today
I asked for more cream cheese on my bagel because it came with almost none
She took it with the same hand and glove she just handed change and handled the screen with, opened my bagel, dropped it picked it up with her other dirty hand (no gloves) slapped cream cheese on it and gave it back, after I asked why she did it with dirty hands she said take your money and go
