After reading all the bad reviews for this location I’m not surprised for my part I should give it 0 stars.
I had very bad experience yesterday and when I called them many times on the phone they don’t answer because they don’t care about customers this is how they train theirs staffs to be rude and anything left over and old they sell it to consumers and they teach them to put less thing to save .
So the customers pay for less service .
What a shame .
Never ever go this cheap location.

They help me for my birthday gift. They very speak with respect with me and they give me the doughnut for free and they gave me the English muffin for free for my birthday gift

The Good old days of Tim's is dead.

They used to have food that at least felt healthy. They did baking on site.
Remember chicken stew in a bread bowl?

Now every single item is just as processed as possible.

You eat it for something quick to keep your day moving.

Very disappointing that this location doesn’t offer any lactose-free or non-dairy milk options. Many people are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy, and in 2026 this should be a basic option at any coffee shop. Hopefully Tim Hortons improves this and becomes more inclusive for customers with dietary restrictions.

I ordered two coffees and they were handed to me in regular cups instead of roll-up cups. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that I would have to pay extra if I wanted roll-up cups.

This was quite surprising because I have never been charged separately for a roll-up cup before. I would like to understand whether this is a new company policy or something specific only to this location. If it is a policy, it would be helpful for customers to see clear signage informing them that there is an additional charge for roll-up cups.

Charging extra without any notice feels misleading and inconsistent with the experience customers usually expect.

Terrible service! Whats wrong with these people moving like a turtle! You will wait for 10-15 minutes for just a cup of coffee! Ive been to many others tims but its not like these! You should change your service!!!!
