No matter how many times I’ve visited this particular Tim Hortons, I kept hoping the attitude toward customers would change. Unfortunately, it hasn’t.

I genuinely wonder why, at this specific location, employees often don’t acknowledge customers who are standing and waiting 2–5 minutes just to place an order. They seem busy with their own tasks and pay no attention to the people waiting. Why is that? In other locations or coffee shops, customer service is clearly a priority.

Overall, I can say that the customer service here is poor and attention to detail is lacking. On a positive note, the atmosphere and the new renovation are visually pleasing.

everytime i order garlic bread from there. its so hard. doesnt feel like bread. need to do better

Worst service available at this location, had to wait 35 minutes to get 1coffee and 1 ice cap, neither the manager nor the staff had an answer.
14 customers came after us got their order , and were served before us.
Never seen such lowsey and arrogant non apologizing staff.

Be cautious when scanning coupon offers.
One of the staff member used scannerthat do not accept/scan offers from the app.
If this happens, ask them to switch to the correct scanner in order to redeem your offer.
