Have been coming to this location for some time I avoid it when I can. The service is unacceptable and the quality of the coffee sucks every time. I have to go else where to get a proper coffee and breakfast. Imagine spending twice just to get something proper. These people don’t do the job properly and makes it bad for others. So much attitude🤦🏽♂️. If you don’t want to be here find something else you enjoy doing. Customer service is what provides exceptional business quality and value. They need work!!!

For only having a small menu here you think that would make it easier to get the order right. But no. A plain bagel with butter. Large chocolate milk. Two croissants and a coffee. Oh sorry we didn't charge you for the milk. Okay that's fine. Plain bagel with cream cheese.... take it back oh we haven't done a drive thru order with a bagel and cream cheese.... 😑😑😑 we were JUST HERE. ohh we didn't charge you for the bagel the first time. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD hire people who can do their jobs. We pay a lot of money and end up wasting a lot of money but half the time the order is never right.

Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons located at 8525 Hwy 27, Vaughan, ON around 6 PM. The employee, Kamaljeet Kaur Brar, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for straws, she threw them on the counter with clear attitude, showing no respect or courtesy. Her tone and body language were completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. No customer should be treated this way. Management needs to take this seriously—this kind of behavior reflects badly on the entire brand.
