One of my favourite places! There’s a guy named Wasim who is one of the best employees. He always makes my coffee perfectly, often even before I order it. He serves with a big smile and provides quick, friendly service every time.

The staff here are amazing! The place is always busy, yet they are so great at getting everyone served quickly and with a big smile on their faces! And they always remember my order!

I don't understand the negative reviews. This is by far my favorite location. I NEVER had a problem, the coffee is always consistantly great and the food and donuts are good.
They have a great team who work well together. Always friendly service. Keep it up! You can't satisfy everyone, I know, but you haven't done anything which can turn my decision

Excellent Service from Palak at Tim Hortons!

I visited Tim Hortons this Saturday and was greeted with such warm, friendly welcome by Palak. She was incredibly welcoming and made my experience truly enjoyable. Her cheerful attitude and efficiency while preparing my coffee made my morning so much better.

Palak’s customer service skills are outstanding—she was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. It’s employees like her who make Tim Hortons such a pleasant place to stop by.

I visited this Tim Hortons location around 7 PM with my colleague and I have to say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If there were an option to give negative stars, I would.

While my colleague, who is Iranian and doesn’t speak English fluently was ordering her coffee and donut, two girls at the counter (who are Indians) were laughing and making fun of her accent and the way she spoke. One of them was even sitting down, laughing loudly as if she were watching a comedy show.

What’s worse, they were also mocking an elderly Chinese man who ordered right before us.

This kind of behavior is not just unprofessional, it's deeply disrespectful. When you work in a customer facing role, it's important to treat every individual with kindness and respect, regardless of language, race, or background.

I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and addresses this issue with the staff involved. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
