I am very upset. This is my third time back to the store today I placed an order through the app and I ordered a breakfast wrap 1 timbit along with a medium steep tea triple triple when I received my tea, it was a black. I went back to the store told them it was black, the gentleman was about to take my cup and then he said oh do you want three creams? I said no problem. I came back to my store and noticed I didn’t have my timbit. Once I put the three creams in my Black steep tea I noticed there was no sugar I went back told them there is no sugar in my tea and that I never got my timbit. The gentleman then asked me what was my order. I told him my order he asked what my name was as he proceed to look at the screen he made me a a new one I walked back to my store just to find out I had a Medium triple triple coffee. I am not walking back for the fourth time… I can’t drink coffee as I’m slightly allergic. Not happy!!!!!

If you order on the kiosk, then don't look at the screen for your order, your name will not show up. You have to wait until they call your name. You're lucky if you hear it, otherwise you'll drink a cup of cold coffee.
