Toco Tea (Vaughan)

I used to be a regular at this bubble tea shop, but my last visit was disappointing. The server was rude when I asked to pay for extra pudding, dismissing my request with an attitude.

Additionally, I noticed concerning food safety and hygiene practices (no gloves). They used the same cloth to wipe my drink that was also being used to clean the tables. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness.

The variety of selection and specialties they have are amazing. The only thing is that the quality is very inconsistent. I always order the same drink and it’s always been made differently. One of my favourite places but I stopped going as often because of this.

order 2 drinks that came with toppings of crystal noodles and tapica pearls, after getting the drinks we did notice till we were 15 mins away that there were no toppings in both drinks. would have been 5 stars if there was toppings, but oh well, we cant always get what we want 🤷‍♂️

Eric is the man, Great service, The bubble tea flavors are amazing and have a wide arrange of choices and lastly, the atmosphere is something to die for when it comes to bubble tea places like this.

10/10 would recommended and will forever come back

Toco has a wide range of drink options and topping selections that are all delicious. Fast and friendly staff, would recommend.

The V-Mills plaza here is swarmed with bubble tea shops but this place is my go to! Eric da boss is a homie. Try the Cookies n'Cream Freeze at least once!....I destroyed two of them.

Very rude cashier, 2024-Sept-11 5:45 pm when I came in and she asked for my order. I couldn’t understand her at first as the words or how the drink was called was new to me. And when I ask what was it again she literally gave me the tone and behaving irritated like I’m holding up a line which there was only 2 customer sitting down and no people behind me. I ended up not buying, because the person ordering who was in the phone with me got upset as to what she heard “how the lady was talking to me”.

Amazing place for bubble tea. Lots of options , staff is super nice. They also have board games ? perfect vibe for friends/ family to come enjoy a drink and play some games

My only complaint is that you couldn’t adjust the sugar levels on a mango slush. Which isn’t a super big deal but then the server was being really weird about telling me how much syrup they use. I asked if they could just put less sugar, the girl at the counter said “no we can’t, it is not adjustable” so I then asked how many scoops of mango syrup they use to begin with? And if they could possibly just put less syrup and more water and ice for the slush? Her response was: no I cannot disclose that information we can’t tell you how much syrup We use and cannot put less. customers are entitled to knowing what they’re consuming and how much they’re consuming after all we’re the ones having it!
