Rude customer service, train your staff to be courteous, unknowingly I went to the pay counter and told my order, the cashier girl on the counter stood without saying anything and looked somewhere else, could have atleast pointed and said the order starts on the other side, 3 people were in the counter and I was the only customer, how worse can you be, you guys seriously need to look into who you are hiring

I ordered the rockbox at Vaughan mills location as they have national shawarma day today, included 3 of them in my order it was there in my order details just before I placed my order and right after I made the payment it just disappeared from my order and the other stuff ordered only, surprisingly the contact number they sent me with the order confirmation is the wrong number someone who even doesn't know about villa Medina and

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent visit to your Vaughan Mills location. We ordered two mixed chicken and beef plates, and the portions were unreasonably small — very little salad and rice, barely any chicken, and almost no beef at all.
When my husband spoke to the cashier about it, she responded rudely, saying, “We took your order five minutes ago — how do you expect us to believe you didn’t eat it?” That kind of response is unacceptable.
It was a holiday, and the food court was full, so it took time to find a seat. When we finally opened our meals, we were shocked at how little food we received for the price we paid. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had at this location, but it will definitely be the last.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff. Please note : My husband told her I don’t want the order anymore return back my money she said she refused !!!!!!!
I don’t have other option just one star , if it becomes to me - 5 start , very bad staff the cashier also I am not sure how you hire her

I had a terrible experience today with the son of the owner… “that what he claimed to be when I asked for the manager because of his rudeness … arrogance … he embarrassed me in front of my guest that I wanted to pay for her … after telling him so many times I will pay … he insisted to take cash from my guest … it end up by leaving the food and cash … he has no clue about customer service … and the worst part is he claiming to be the son of owner .. really ridiculous.
