Extremely awful service, was at the Vaughan mills vila madina location. Was with my children helping them get chicken shawarma with rice and salad, the person serving us mocked us by asking how many people will be eating in one shawarma.. very judgmental service , I don’t think it should matter if 4 or 100 people eat out of one shawarma meal, his job is to serve the meal.. for sure not giving them anymore business, very rude, In todays economy many people are struggling and in that when buying food at a store the person mocks you it is not right, imagine if a family really was struggling, how insensitive is that

I ordered a Shwarma wrap. The shwarma wrap was good but the person serving it (seemed to be the owner/Manager) was extremely rude. He insulted my wife and daughter, so I am forced to give a poor rating. As a customer, we have options and especially in Vaughan Mills. But if you disrespect a customer, that indicates the business is on its downward spiral.

I had a very disappointing experience at this vaughan mills Villa Madina recently, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered the poutine, expecting something fresh and flavorful—but what I got was a total letdown.
First of all, the fries were cold and stale, as if they had been made hours earlier and just reheated. There was absolutely no crispiness left, and the texture was soggy and unappetizing. On top of that, the salt content was unbearable—I’m not sure who in the kitchen thinks that much salt is acceptable, but it completely ruined the dish. It was borderline inedible.
To make things worse, the overall presentation and freshness were clearly lacking. The food felt rushed and not cared for. I’ve had decent experiences with Mediterranean food elsewhere, but this was nowhere near the quality it should be.
This experience has totally put me off. I’m fed up and will not be returning again. I do not recommend Villa Madina based on this visit—save your money and your taste buds.

The world’s worst shawarma. It was basically a box of rice with barely any meat. What little meat there was tasted old and dry. No flavor, no balance — just a pile of rice pretending to be a shawarma. Total waste of money. Avoid this place.
