Staff is trained not to give napkins ketchup salt pepper or any condiments to customers...i purchased 2 meals and staff refused to give me any sauces unless i pay extra and napkins are kept hiden inside so they will give you 1 napkin with 1 order and staff will touch napkins with their dirty hands and now you touch it its already cross contamination...points not added on wendys app i showed it to staff they dont want to help on that...september 12 Saturday at 3.30 pm

Mobile order through drive thru. Chicken and fries were both cold and old. And I received chicken nuggets instead of strips. Inedible. Wrote to customer service and they said they'd inform the franchise. I would have appreciated my money back.
