Can barely speak English asked for triple pickles on my junior hamburger deluxe 3xs then was directed to the manager who also couldn't understand triple pickles and 3 pickles command for my order i was so frustrated I just left...it's unbelievable how pathetic it is you can't order 3 pickles on a burger anymore the curry's are ruining everything

Food was as per norm for an Onroute Wendy's but whoever runs the place has got to be the cheapest franchisee in the system, no straws or napkins available, you only get what they give you and that was limited for us, fries were all the small bits (not some, which you can expect sometimes, but all which is really chintzy), basically stop at another Onroute for a burger or if stopping here go to the Tim Hortons for better food and service and overall experience

It was ridiculous how long I waited while being the only person there with 6 employees standing around, after waiting 15 minutes they gave me an incomplete order, then told me it would take another 5-10 minutes to complete it, very bad service food was pretty good

The spicy chicken burgers aren't spicy but they're decent, not my favourite though. They come piping hot which is a definite plus. The fries aren't great and worse when cold and can't be reheated well. Frosties are okay though.
Reliable quality though, got me through some long school days.
