Wetzel's Pretzels

This Wetzel’s Pretzels location is absolutely incredible. My personal favorite has to be the Oreo pretzel bites, they’re the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. While the pretzels are amazing, what really makes this spot stand out is the customer service. A young cashier named Haffi provided outstanding service, he was kind, respectful, and guided me through the menu with ease. With costumer service skills like his, I can see him going very far in life. I highly recommend this Wetzel’s Pretzels to anyone in the area.

I asked for 2 pretzels and the lady was like we don’t have rn and it’s going to take 7 min but she made it a big deal asking if I wanted something different instead and I said no. I paid and after 5 minutes and asked again do you not eat the regular pretzels and I had to keep saying no byes it was 3pm . She kept looking at me weird and the other to people that was working with her. She did the same thing to other customers that was behinds me .

Extremely disappointed in the place. After being a patron here whenever we go to the mall, I was shocked to see how they treated a customer who paid and returned for an order. They refused to give him his food as they said he never paid, when in fact multiple people witnessed him paying. When he finally argued and received his order, the pretzels were all dry and heavily burned. Disgusting customer service.

This event took place at Vaughan Mills in Vaughan, Ontario on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. I ordered 4 bags of pretzels. I was told it would take 7 minutes. I paid for the pretzels with my debit card. I did not get a receipt. When I came back 7 minutes later I was told I did not pay. I showed the entry on my bank app for the exact amount of the order. She said she couldn't see the payment on their system and there was nothing she could do until the manager returned. It took 15 minutes before he returned and once again I was told they had no record of the payment. At this point the argument intensified and we were screaming at each other. After another 5 minutes he finally relented and was still screaming at me as he gave me the order. It turned out that an over $30 order had burnt pretzels so the quality of the pretzels was poor. I was treated poorly and made to wait for burnt pretzels. The staff at this stand were incompetent, unfriendly, and rude. Next time hire workers who can do the job, give a receipt, and treat customers with respect.

At the end of the night big clear garbage bags of food is thrown out. Maybe try pairing up with local charities and donate the food.

I order Jalapeno Pretzels it was very busy at that time but the guy on POS was very quick on feet to get everything done. I asked his name it was Prithvi, he did great job and pretzel was really delicious. My new spot for pretzel at Vaughan.

Stale and hard pretzels. Went on 2 separate occasions to give a fair enough review. the first time the guy didn’t say one word to me. Had headphones in and gave me a plain pretzel that look like it’s been sitting there for days. Second occasion service was better i was spoken to, by a different server, went at around 2pm today and thought maybe theyd be fresh. Nope. Wrong again. Wont be recommending this place or purchasing ever again. Save your money. Walk to the other side of the mall they have another pretzel joint that never disappoints.

Great food, great service. Even though the pretzel we wanted in the display case looked delicious, the employee told us it was the display model and was old so he'd bake us a fresh one. We wouldn't have even known the difference, so kudos to him for his honesty! Gave us a free lemonade for the wait! Thanks Josh 🤟

Having wetzels for the first time in Canada and can confirm it tastes exactly like the states but without a steep conversion rate

The pretzel dogs were tasty. The bread was soft and fresh and the slightly more salty hot dog balanced nicely with the pretzel

Price wise compared to the US, it’s the same prices but it hour conversion making the Canadian side and Toronto of all places cheaper.

Service was quick. And didn’t have much of a conversation as people were lining up but nice to see the effort in trying to turn over customers as quick as possible.

Absolutely thrilled with my first experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels! What I thought would be an ordinary snack turned into a delicious treat. The pretzels were much softer than Mr. Pretzels, and the service was outstanding. Jag helped us and was such a joy; I could see his passion for his work and commitment to providing a positive experience. This will definitely be a staple for me!
