This Wetzel’s Pretzels location is absolutely incredible. My personal favorite has to be the Oreo pretzel bites, they’re the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. While the pretzels are amazing, what really makes this spot stand out is the customer service. A young cashier named Haffi provided outstanding service, he was kind, respectful, and guided me through the menu with ease. I order Jalapeno Pretzels it was very busy at that time but the guy on POS was very quick on feet to get everything done. I asked his name it was Prithvi, he did great job and pretzel was really delicious. My new spot for pretzel at Vaughan.
Great food, great service. Even though the pretzel we wanted in the display case looked delicious, the employee told us it was the display model and was old so he'd bake us a fresh one. We wouldn't have even known the difference, so kudos to him for his honesty! Gave us a free lemonade for the wait! Thanks Josh 🤟
