The lady at the cashier was extremely rude and spoke with no respect. She refused to give me a sample cup, but then gave one to the customer right behind me. I was shocked by her behavior..completely unacceptable.
Was here about 10 days ago and honestly, pretty disappointed. Service was brutal and the lady working was straight-up rude. Not sure what was going on, but the vibe was way off
I had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor customer service. The lady I interacted with was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with the manager about her behavior, she claimed that she was the manager..which was quite shocking given how unprofessional she was. On top of that, her appearance was noticeably unhygienic, which is concerning for any business that serves the public. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend.
It's a great choice of your own frozen yogurt place, with a good variety of topings and flavors. The prices are decent to.
NO GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE THE LADY VERY RUD
Ever since getting the bad D word, I've had to avoid ice cream. But driving by today I remembered Frozen Yogurt exists. And this was definitely the place to go for it, some excellent flavors, and even some sorbet. Had to avoid all the best looking toppings, but there were some low sugar options. An excellent treat that didn't set off the little alarm on my arm.

The service and selection is generally good but the opening hours are wrong. It clearly says that this location is open until 11pm, both online and on the door but we came at shortly past 10pm and the door was locked. The hours should be updated.
