The exterior of the biilding including the Subway sign could make a great set for a horror movie. Spend some money and fix it !!

Apart from a Timmy's, this is all that is left of what was once a convenient strip mall. The server was friendly and pleasant and the food was good. It looks a touch rib down on the outside, but inside it is clean and professional. A nice and convenient place to stop on the QEW.

Message to the manager. No washroom access? NO business. Province won't let you open it up then get a porta-potty. Tim Hortons next door let me use theirs and if I'd known that I would have bought my food there instead. You can't sell food and drink without providing a space to make room for it! Otherwise clean courteous expedient service.

If they paid as much attention to serving their customers as they did cluching their pearls over the minutia of mask wearing in the presence of informed medical exemption PLUS full vaccination, this would be at least a 4-star rating and they would not have lost a customer to Timmy's.They are the micro-dictators of Health Dept guidelines and "emergency edicts" they by no means have read and/or understood.All they know is they can feel powerful harassing marginalized people.

5 stars to the 3 ladies working today. I went in today, June 15th 2021, at 12:30 and was greeted right away. This lady had a very nice personality and was extremely helpful and kind!! The other 2 were assisting other customers but were also very nice and patient!

Depends on who makes your sub. Can be either incredibly rude or friendly. The old management was better than new management. Veggies are sometimes frozen.
