This is a new store. The old store next door was run down and by now it's likely been demolished. Just as well. Either way it's still a very convenient 2 minutes off and back on the QEW. Inside is modern and it was very clean. The service was excellent although I was there at 3:15am. I was the only one in the place. The food was the usual Timmy's. This is a good place for a quick stop.
Spent 15 minutes waiting behind 4 cars for a coffee and a donut. No rewards program available, yet they wasted time asking everyone if they are OK with this, when there is nowhere to exit the line anyway! Then at the window, the employee kept wiping her runny nose with her hands that she was handing us our food with.....gross!!

A bit busy. But new and clean. Beat Tim Horton’s view! If you sit at the hockey table you can see downtown Toronto!

In all likelihood the worst location where employees have no idea what they are doing. I ordered a french vanilla and got one without any sugar. Then ordered an iced cap and got something that looked like hot chocolate and tasted so bitter I almost threw up. Asked to see the manager and was told there is no manager there. If this was a one-time occurrance I would have not bothered, but it has happened to me three times in a row. Worst possible service I have ever seen in my entire life. Avoid the Jordan station location at all costs...

Disappointed in the lack of customer service shown by the staff when I ordered a rice bowl, waited about 15 minutes for my order and when I went to eat it there was no rice in the rice bowl. When I went back in to ask for rice they told me there wasn’t any. Clearly they knew that they didn’t have rice but didn’t bother telling me so I could make an alternative food choice which would have been no problem at all if they told me they had no rice right away.
They need more than one person working that drive through. That poor individual was taking orders, making drinks, and taking payments without help, while other workers manned an empty restaurant behind her.
No extra chicken even though i paid 3 dollars extra and they said this is extra chicken.Chicken will be same quantity even you paid extra.
Full of incompetents workers ! Wait in line at drive through for more than 20 min with only 2 cars in front of us!Bagel came cold as ice untoasted and when asked for an " everything twist " they said that they don't have it but when my daughter went inside to washroom she checked on her way out and it was one left on a display!!What a shame !!This Tim Hortons need a new management for sure and definitely better and more competent workers!!

This Tim Hortons is actually a newly designed relocated building roughly 500 meters from the Old restaurant. Sitting area giving a look of variable arrangement with enough room for individuals, family or group of friends/ co-workers with relaxing chairs, long couches and outdoor patio area with Muskoka chairs and restaurant style chairs, tables and red umbrellas.The display counter for donuts and bagels is also newly designed with a nice looking tray.The best part is that it opens 24/7 and that's really good as sometimes when we are coming back from Niagra falls or especially after crossing the US border, we can't wait to see and feel our own Tim Hortons and have our java, donuts, bagels and steeped tea ?.

They didn't take my order in the drive thru (sat there for a few mins, saying 'hello?' After 1m with no answer) so I went inside. It took them 10m to serve the 3 people ahead of me and when I finally got my coffee it tasted like dirty bean water.

Well, it didn't take long for this location to drop off my 'go here' list. I honestly understand it's a VERY busy place at almost all hours, being right beside the highway, but I at least expect what I order to be done right. Especially when it's one of the easiest menu items: Iced Capp. Now, I've ordered from here a few times since their grand open and hardly had issue beyond wait times, but tonight ensured I don't give this location anymore service. I was handed an Iced Capp that looked like a cup of coffee flavored milk (that's how pale it was), and the whole point of me buying said drink is for a caffeinated boost so of course I left drive through and walked back in. I thought I could just get it remade properly, but upon entering I saw multiple drinks made the same way. Okay, refund and next location it is. Well... it SHOULD have been that simple, however the lady I spoke had other plans. She told me the drink was made right and that they'd just cleaned their machines which is why they looked like that. I told her no it's not, and after a short but attitude-laced back and forth from her I had to turn my attention to another employee to get a level-headed response and refund. Wait times I can deal with, but rude attitude I will not.
I order the veg. Cilantro bowl. They messed up with my order. I went to the store to mix my order. They took the food and add other sauce on top of it and serve it.

I have never experienced a more disorganized Tims . Although courteous, staff definitely need more training. It’s not rocket science to put bacon and cheese on an English muffin. The EM was cold - not toasted . Cold brew was supposed to be caramel and made with milk. First one was made with cream. An abundance of staff but they were all over each other. Some yelling at each other as well. I was not the only one getting frustrated with the wait and food not made to order.Indoors was clean and well set up as was the patio. Good selection of donuts and muffins.

Worse service ever !!!!20 min …… and we are still waiting to get out sandwiches.Te girls taking out order did not know how to punch in what we want ?People coming back as they order was wrongThis people are in need of training and management ! Seems like no one is running the show .
