My wife and I stopped for a wine & charcuterie board lunch at Niagara Custom Crush Studio and had a great visit. The charcuterie board was excellent, we both enjoyed our wines (she chose a Stoney Ridge Chardonnay, while I had the Unscripted Cabernet Merlot) and the setting in their gardens was beautiful.
Because it's a virtual winery with multiple winemakers selling out of their retail store, it has a large & diverse selection of wines.
All the staff were very professional, and I have to note that I had a unique shipping request for the wines I purchased and they accommodated that request without any pushback.

Truly a hidden jem! This winery is a must visit, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the wines are delicious. But for me personally I’m here for the authentic Italian pizza, these guys are the best!! This is the closest I’ve found outside of Italy, the taste and texture is amazing. The outdoor seating and atmosphere is beautiful, comfy chairs surrounding fire pits creates a cozy environment. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy a nice evening then this is the place for you. Sit back, relax enjoy a bite and a delicious drink.

This new winery serves and sells an eclectic variety of local wines including the Tragically Hip line and Rennie’s amazing full bodied reds including a Ripasso and an incredible Amarone styled Appassimento red. Friday night is pizza night with true Italian wood fired pizza. We love the combination of old world fresh pizza and local high quality wines. The gardens are lovely and suitable for families, children and well behaved dogs.

The patio was such a beautiful backdrop for our retirement celebration. It was a relaxed atmosphere and The Crush has definitely gained some new customers. Had a truly splendid experience at Niagra Custom Crush Studio! Multiple winemakers under one roof means they have a wide range of wines to taste from, including the best Chardonnay I've ever tasted. The staff was super personable, we felt right at home. To top it all off they make charcuterie boxes where you can pick your cheeses! Would recommend to anyone.
Quiet place to enjoy some good small artisanal winery selections, including The Tragically Hip wines, and a large selection of Ontario and worldwide cheeses. Try one of the flight options or sit back with a glass of your choice. Nice sitting area outdoors under the grapevine canopy.
