Best wine experience ever. Owners are great and incredibly knowledgeable. Guests we brought were so impressed we talked about it all weekend. Specifically highlighting how different and impressive each wine is. I would absolutely recommend a reservation and checking out this location if you haven’t been before. We will absolutely be back.

We love this winery! The wines are always unique and outstanding, with several varietals worth exploring. The menu is small but every item is delicious. We come twice a year and there’s always something new to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Really good experience at Ridgepoint-. We came for a tasting and stayed for lunch on the patio. Wines are very good and unique ( white cab ) and the food was excellent. And so was the service. We had pizza, gnocchi and shrimp linguini. We love this winery and will continue to come here for unique wines and very good food.

Have been visiting various wineries for the past few weekends. This is one of the nicest wineries; food/staff were absolutely amazing. Had the best selection of wines!! Staff were super nice and friendly. Restaurant prepped a last minute charcuterie board, which was absolutely out of this world. Never had a better experience with food and the best wine! Shout out to Susan and her team. Will definitely be visiting Ridgepoint wineries again!

This is our third time for a meal in 12 months. Not disappointed! Service is excellent. Food is wonderful. Food portions with reasonable prices. Had a charcuterie tray that was enough for four. There were two of us! Shrimp linguini was great. And house made cheesecake was one of the best ! Wines are super tasty. Had a new release Reisling and an unoaked Chardonnay. Great spot for lunch in the vineyard.

We had an incredible time at Ridgepoint today. The food was amazing, we had charcuterie board, salad, pasta, pizza and gelato and every dish was absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. We did a wine tasting, which added a special touch to the day. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. Rare Niagara winery exploring unique red and whites such as a form of prosecco, appassimento, and nebbiolo ... all exceptional. Great pizza. Avril was a wealth of knowledge and fabulous host.
Avril was our first sommelier we ran into on our weekend of wine tours! Very knowledgeable and friendly, helping us pick the best wines for our flight at Ridge point!

In light of other reviews mentioning how they are often overwhelmed/understaffed, I called to make a reservation for our party of 8. We were running less than 15 minutes late due to traffic and again called to let them know. We were curtly told that we could not be served at all and to not bother showing up. We turned around after wasting an hour sitting in traffic. Perhaps the staff could adopt a more customer friendly outlook, or hire someone who can navigate the hospitality industry with a little more tact.

Pros: Great food, ambience and wine. Pet friendly patio. Cons: tasting room server cannot handle 2 tables at the same time, although very friendly. No soft drinks (DD, Pregnant women, kids etc will only be offered water).

We called in for a tasting being Friends with Benefits members and Avril was able to accommodate us. She was awesome and explained the wines To us really well. Super knowledgeable and friendly . We ended up buying the appasimento bottle and a sparkling. When we left, the husband was on auto pilot and accidentally didn't leave a tip. He came back about 1 hr later and left cash tip for Avril, but she was gone . Avril, I hope you got it because you were awesome 😎 thanks for the experience
