We visited during their transition to the quieter off-season so the restaurant was very quiet and not busy. This is the type of place that as soon as you walk in you feel comfortable. Tasty food, that's fresh and hot with, fast and friendly service. We had the coconut shrimp and crab cakes for appetizers and fried fish with shrimp for our mains. My wife went with the standard fried fish and I had the perch. Both very tasty. For dessert we had the ice cream filled crepes....
I chose this restaurant to host my staff Christmas party. It's a great place. Nautical themes and decor throughout, with excellent staff and a room upstairs that is perfect for a private function. The acoustics are also great for live entertainment. It has good craft beer on tap, and delicious desserts. I will be back.
What a wonderful place for a quality fish dinner. Prices are very reasonable, the ambiance is classic fish house, the drinks were cool, and the servers very pleasant. If you are anywhere near the town of Wainfleet drop in for a satisfying meal. Winter hours are Thursday to Sunday 4 - 9. Thanks for a great evening
