Attended for mother's Day brunch. Badly overbooked, not enough staff and very very slow with food. Hope it changes for next year. A lot of families with children not happy!!!!

Great food. Maryann who is the manager makes sure everyone is taken care of and has an amazing knowledge of the drinks and fares offered here. The steak sandwich is a must. Always upgrade to maple poutine.

I would like to review the food....but our group never got any. We arrived at 5:15 pm for dinner. We were attending a show, which we informed the staff of so they would be aware of timing. At 7:00 pm (show was at 7:30) we still had not received our meals, even after prompting our waitress. Many of us had even ordered that evening's Special, which you think would be quick. We left without eating after being there for nearly 2 hours. I'm not sure what was going on in the kitchen but only four tables in the whole restaurant actually had food when we and some other groups left. It wasn't the first time we have had ridiculously slow service here, but it will be our last.

We booked the party room for our Girl's Basketball team and everyone was beyond impressed! Fun was had by athletes, coaches and family members alike.The atmosphere was inviting and our service was friendly and helpful! Need I even mention how delicious our meals and food was!?Thank you to 519 for hosting our girl's victory! We will definitely be back again.

The food was okay. Beef dip, they forgot dip, but it came. Hubby had meatloaf have never seen meatloaf as a solid meat with fat on it as meatloaf before. Almost inedible. Sat us in the pool room noise was horrendous, group of 12. Charged 18% tip on the bill no recourse if food or service was poor. I don't see us going back but things can change.

A group of 12 of us from the Grey Bruce Motorcycle Touring Club made reservations for 5pm. We all older people and got placed back in the pool room and had to climb up on real high bar stools to sit at the table . There was a bunch of kids smashing balls around on the tables unsupervised running around yelling. We couldn't sit and have a normal conversation . I had battered fish and chips. The fish had been in the fryer too long and the chips were the same. Dark brown and all smashed into small pieces. I should of sent them back. What really got me pist off was when I got the bill and there was a 18% gratuity charge and then another 13% on top of that. There was 8 members that cancelled out when they found out about the 18 %forced tip. TO THE OWNER ..... Yeah I agree with you .. I should of sent the food back as soon as I saw what it looked like. It wasn't my idea for us to sit back in the pool room. But I just went with what some thought would be ok. I didn't realize that the kids would be back in the pool room running wild while the parents were out front enjoying their meal in piece and quite. We've been there before and always sat out front and enjoyed our food and never had to pay a surcharge. We've always left a good tip. Maybe the parents should sit back in the pool room with their kids and see how that goes for them. .. THANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME.....Gord

Management is terrible. Large group with reservation and our table was served dinner after most were gone home. Then charged 18% for service. If you have 3 hrs to wait and expect to be charged 18% gratuity then this is the restaurant for you. Food was average.

We came here Saturday and had the most terrible serviceThey're about three other patrons in the restaurant and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated - which only happened after we went into the dining area to see what's going onWe waited and an atrocious amount of time waiting for the server to take our order, and when we finally got our food, one of the meals was cold.Finally finished eating, probably waited about 20 minutes for the billAnd then emailed the location from the site provided email, never heard anything back. Clearly they don't care about the level of service they are providing
