I recently visited Dairy Queen in Walkerton and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service, making sure all my needs were met with a smile. service was good, food wasn't. they served me old patties that tasted like they've gone bad, i smelt it right as i opened my burger, do better dq! i usually love the food here but today was disappointing. waste of money.

The drive-thru wait times are extremely high.
The pop is ALWAYS room temperature and flat.
The amount of fries you get with a 6pc strips basket is smaller than a small fry anywhere else.

A very dim lighted restaurant, we ordered doubles and got triples which was fine but difficult to eat. The app says they have fountain lemonade when they don't. It was a decent visit.

Delicious goodies, we had a #4 and a #7 along with 2 blizzards and 2 cones. Everyone was happy with what they had. It was quick very friendly service.
We often come to the Walkerton Dairy Queen, and they never disappoint! The meals that we have had in the past no matter which we order are always delicious. The burgers are nice and juicy and the fries are always crispy on the outside and yet soft on the inside.
Whenever we have a soft cone, we find the consistency, not always there. Often, having the chocolate dipped one and the ice cream starts dripping under the hardshell chocolate dip almost immediately.
Overall, we still give a five star, especially since the service is always good and with a smile!

Drive thru staff speak very poor English and show minimal comprehension. Had to nearly yell to get the order to be taken correctly, and then what was actually given to us was still incorrect. Very disappointing for 3 chicken strip baskets and a burger.
This is even more disappointing because there are plenty of local, hard working students who would be looking for jobs at the end of the school year (in a couple of weeks), so there is no need to hire people who are patently unqualified for customer service work.
The food we did get was very good though.
