We recently moved here and this has quickly become our fav place to go. The food and portions are amazing, there is a great craft beer selection and the servers are a lot of fun! The new menu is so good! Their fries are the best in town if you ask me. We have gone with family and friends and had a great experience every time. I'm hooked on the sweet chili Thai chicken sandwich, one of my favourite things I have ever eaten! Definitely worth a try! I found everyone directs you to other restaurants in town which are good, but there's something about Joe's which ticks all the boxes!

After our walk along the Saugeen River trail my wife and I stopped in here for lunch . She had the chicken parmesan sandwich with creamy cauliflower soup while I had the Uncle Joes special burger and fries . Both were very tasty and we were completely stuffed . I couldn’t finish my fries even with the wife’s help . The coffee was tasty and plentiful although just barely warm . I noticed that they keep it in a carafe by the check in counter . The server was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend and return.Parking: It was busy on the Saturday afternoon when we were there . We found a spot on the road around the corner .

Food was average. Fries were good. We tried to order the bangers and mash and they didn't have mash! Service was a bit slow but we were told the bar tenders called in so they had to make all the drinks themselves. Went to pay and the automatically put 15% tip on the bill and we were a Party of 4.

Had a really lovely meal at Old Joe's Cabin. The Christmas decorations were wonderful. What a delightful surprise seeing all the game tables. The service (thank you Carlie) was great. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely be going back!

I emailed beforehand to request a reservation. The owner quickly replied which was impressive. We arrived with our table marked "reserved". This quaint and cozy restaurant is a "must try" if you are in the area. The food was top notch, the service absolutely impeccable, and the history of Joseph Walker radiates throughout he restaurant. The manager came over to check on how we were doing during our time there. We ordered the bangers and mash and fish and chips along with potato skins as an appy. Wonderful! There is also a set of Trivial Pursuit cards at the tables as well to enjoy while you wait. You will NOT be disappointed! Put on your to-do list!

I love this place. I could look at the decorations for hours. The service is wonderful and the wait staff is friendly. The food is really good. Try the pickle wrap for something unusual. The breaded pickle spears are delicious.

I love the decor. I could look around for hours and find something new. The food is really good and the portions are generous. Items on the menu can be quite creative, such as the pickle wrap, which is delicious. The wait staff are great and very friendly.

We arrived around 4 was the only people and the service was so slow. Plus I ordered chicken ($25) and it was so small and rubber I couldn’t even eat it. The veggies were watery and the baked potato was so small it tasted old. The other person in our party had fries with their meal and the were soggy and couldn’t eat them. So we told the waitress and she took $5 off the chicken meal. So literally I paid $20 for watery veggies and a tiny baked potato. Not impressed I don’t recommend eating there. She never asked if I would like something else to eat instead.Unsatisfied customers
