Ordered Nachos and Boneless bites. Was horrible. The boneless bites were burnt and they weren't tossed in sauce like I requested. The nachos has hardly any toppings and the cheese was way overcooked. That being said..they contacted me and re-embursed my whole meal and apologized saying they were training new staff. I'll try em again.

I don’t know what’s going on with Pizza Delight but this is the second time in a row we’ve received the totally wrong order.This time our order couldn’t have been any easier, it was simply a large pepperoni pizza and garlic strip …the pizza has no pepperoni and is loaded with mushrooms which is awful when there is a mushroom allergy in the house!Really disappointed.

Amazing customer service!!! Went in right at closing to buy some dips and they had already counted the till and lights were off, the man working said I could just have the dips for free and was happy to help. Will always be going back there!!

Takeout only and washrooms are closed due to a lack of staff. You can take your order and use one of a dozen or so tables, but most of the restaurant's dining room is blocked off. Pizza quality is good.
The pizza at Pizza Delight has always been fantastic - in fact it’s probably my favourite. However, in July 2022 I went with my to the Walkerton location, only to find that the indoor dining (incl. the famous buffet) is still closed. Takeout only. If this is for COVID reasons, this is a ridiculous management decision. Restaurants everywhere are fully open. I work in a crowded student pub in Waterloo, which has been fully open for months now. Your restaurant is known for its buffet. Please open it up again.

If you are looking for a gluten free pizza, you won’t find it here. Ordered for a party, called to complain about a soggy undercooked crust. The girl on the front desk told me that’s how they were, the manager said he’d never tried the crust before so he didn’t know how it tasted. Won’t be ordering again, sadly. A replacement was offered but it was the same quality.

Ordered honey garlic wings in walkerton. Got extremely spicy wings, went back in and was told that I'm lying. After telling them to eat one they decided to give me a refund but basically told me I was lying. All I wanted was normal honey garlic wings
