Rude. Hard to even understand and communicate with.
Online order does not work and they said it is not there problem and would not take an order.

Food was Subway, I mean it’s cold meat and cheese , veggies and condiments and buns and or wraps etc…
Everything is pre-made and either needs baked , cut or poured. 🤷🏻♀️ But it’s the attitude and the appearance as much as the food you serve and the venue that makes or breaks an enterprise, in my humble opinion!
This Subway has no problem with the subs they serve. But their attitude and manners are so sub par it’s mind boggling. I’ve gone there probably 4/5 X over 21/2 yrs and not once has one of them said hello! Even when my 5 yr old grand daughter said hi. Then upon leaving she said Thank you and no Your Welcome, I of course knew he wasn’t going to say it , but she was so upset !
She felt slighted by him. I just explained that some people didn’t learn manners like others and he’s to be smiled at and left to his own thoughts.

I don’t go often but whenever I go I don’t have any issues. Their prices are getting pretty expensive though. And they’re downsized their in store seating significantly.

The worker seemed super easily annoyed and started saying stuff in his language aggresively even though it was only the two of us in there, the reasoning for it is because i apparently too long picking (i took like 15 seconds). It did not feel very welcoming in there and he put the bread in the oven for like 20 seconds and took it out this is the first time ive experienced something like this at this subway, so disappointing

This place seems to have gone down the toilet in the last 6-9 months. I always order ahead, anywhere between 90 minutes to 2 hours and maybe 25% of the time the order is ready and on the shelf for pickup. This last time, I arrived to pick up but nothing on the pickup point. Had to wait another 15 minutes while counter customers were served, was then asked if I had a pickup, said yes and was then handed a sub sitting by the till and pretty much gone cold. Total waste of time pre-ordering. It used to be reliable but not any more.
That person who was making subs looks very lazy and not doing things as said. Told him to add extra sauce but still add like a one drop. This is not acceptable at all. Owner should review all this reviews from costumer and train their employees accordingly.
We are paying our money it’s not for free.
