This place seems to have gone down the toilet in the last 6-9 months. I always order ahead, anywhere between 90 minutes to 2 hours and maybe 25% of the time the order is ready and on the shelf for pickup. This last time, I arrived to pick up but nothing on the pickup point. Had to wait another 15 minutes while counter customers were served, was then asked if I had a pickup, said yes and was then handed a sub sitting by the till and pretty much gone cold. Total waste of time pre-ordering. It used to be reliable but not any more.
That person who was making subs looks very lazy and not doing things as said. Told him to add extra sauce but still add like a one drop. This is not acceptable at all. Owner should review all this reviews from costumer and train their employees accordingly.
We are paying our money it’s not for free.

Ft long brisket #9. Shoe leather would most likely be easier to chew, so disappointed, was so looking for to the sub since I haven't had one in quite some time. I probably will order from another subway at some point but not @ Walkerton.

The staff here were quite unwelcoming. I ordered a footlong of Nashville style hot chicken sub, but the veggies weren't fresh and the lettuce was almost spoiled. I had to request more veggies because the server was literally adding only around 3 or 4 olives, green peppers, etc on a footlong sub. The sauces were also insufficient, even after I asked for more. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Went in for two rice bowls tonight an was disappointed because they were about half the size they normally are the guy behind the counter didnt care at all we also got a sub i think the price of lettuce must of went up lol all in all the whole meal was awful it was 37 dollars an they have the nerve to ask for a tip well heres the tip make the food worth it an u will recieve a tip

Tried the chicken jerk bowl. Rice was a bit crunchy and the flavour of the bowl wasn't very good. The Tim Hortons habenero crunchy chicken bowl was much better!
Parking: Not a lot of spots but free in front of store.

I accidentally spilled my drink at the fountain tried to clean it up but I was in a rush they said not to worry about it and I said are you sure they said yes it’s OK don’t worry about it they were really nice and made the food really quickly great service, great people, great food,

I ordered 2 steak and cheese subs and a chicken salad through the subway mobile app. To my great disappointment I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time so I waited in my vehicle till the pickup time then checked the app to ensure the order was ready they app said the order was ready for pickup. Upon going into the location I could not find my subs on the pickup shelf so I asked the male employee behind the counter and he said “ We started working on your order but got a little busy so they are not ready” he then continued making the subs for a family that was in the restaurant he then had to stop making there’s because my subs and salad were in the way of the condiments. Ended up waiting 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. After getting back home and going to eat the subs we notice the both subs bread were hard and dry and the salad was very soggy. It should also be noted there was a second worker who was just standing around.
Very disappointed in this location will not return!
