As a regular customer, it is unfortunate that I will have to start going elsewhere, or stop supporting Tim Hortons in full.
With comments from someone in the workplace insinuating that I am a trafficking towards their employees creating awkwardness. Because I am a happy, all loving person who likes to lift spirits of others, as I believe in the words of our Lord, Do onto those as you wish done onto yourself.

This Tim Hortons location has good coffee and their staff knows how to run a drive-through in the morning. It is the fastest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.

This location has improved over the last few years, DT has became quicker at the times I’ve went through (day shift usually) & locally they are the only Tim’s that makes my ice Capp delicious every time. Proper cream amount.

A mistake by the young lady at drive thru normally would just be corrected and no big deal....instead I was expected to pay extra while she thru a fit and stormed off. More and more often unfortunately

I do not understand why it’s such a hard thing to first off not only make a coffee the way it’s asked for it to be made, not only that stir the damn thing!!!! My biggest issue with the Walkerton Tim Hortons is both my wife and myself having to return 2 to 3 times to exchange either a drink we did not order for the proper one asked for,, but mostly it’s the issues I myself especially have with being the coffee tasting like a watered down or being burnt taste ,, and the service situation, my god I won’t even bother wasting my time or anyone else’s for that matter!!
I understand it’s a fast paced environment and not everyone can be pleased,, but taking a little extra second or 2 to even stir a coffee proper goes a long way in the end,,
