Upon entering the Walkerton store I heard snappy comments between staff. When I was ordering my items my server was very pleasant, however Alyssa at the hot prep station was rude, loud and complaining about everything. She was aggressively grabbing things in her station, tossing items across her work surface. I had requested no sauce on the Simply Cheese Flatbread, and when my server turned to express this to Alyssa because there wasn’t a button on screen to indicate this she threw a fit because she had already started the order. I heard her swear and mumbled customers can just have it as it’s made. Once she completed my order correctly she threw my Simply Cheese Flatbread to the edge of the counter for server to pick up. It nearly hit the floor. Her attitude was very inappropriate and I would highly recommend she is spoken too. I would hope this is not the experience you would like for your customers to have.

Very slow service and will not help customers out. Treat you like you’re asking for free food because a mobile order was accidentally placed at wrong store even with the other store on the phone still would not honour it with the other store saying they would if The tables were turned. I never once asked for free food. I had the receipt in hand I even called the other store to stop them from making the food being considerate and got treated like I was trying to get free food from them and had that said to me.

My food and drinks were both made very well however the women running the counter was condescending towards me and I don’t appreciate that. She was wearing a Tim’s t-shirt but not the uniform. If she was wearing a name tag I didn’t see it.

Worst timmies out there!! They would rather stand around in a group and talk instead of making your mobile order that was placed 15 min before... Not just once has this happened but every time I go.... Is this how you train your staff?? No wonder just getting a coffee takes 20 min with 2 people in front of you in line or even mobile (they just ignore you).... This is my home town timmies and sad to see it go so down hill!

After waiting over a half hour for my breakfast wrap I left empty handed after already paying . This happens all the time at this location. I have deleted the app now finally and won’t be going to any tim Hortons .

Hanover, Wingham, Kincardine, Lucknow, they are all better than Walkerton.

literally no one except 1 worker actually stirs my tea’s at the walkerton location, this needs to be fixed because i don’t like water down tea’s when i order a 4 by 4 and i will have to change locations to order things if not fixed soon.

Says they open at 5am but they decide to open half an hour to an hour after the fact. I Ordered something from app and had to wait outside half an hour just to get my coffee.

This place has some major issues that David the owner really needs to address. First off, their treatment of student workers is absurd. They hardly give them shifts and rob them of their every weekend by making them work all weekends and often only weekends leaving the ones who want to work and wants shifts needing to find a different job because they’re treated so unfairly. Secondly, once kids go off to find another job and the staff find out about it beware of the disrespectful treatment you receive from this. One of the days that the supervisor, Megan and Manager was working together, staff overheard the two speaking so terribly about these 2 teens who are leaving the company all because what? They chose to part ways and go find a more suitable job for themselves? How is it wrong for a student to do that? What gives you the right to slam them and spread lies about their work ethics? How is it right for YOU as the ADULT to speak like this and treat kids this way. Kids. Teenage kids. Tim Hortons is supposed to be a first job for teens, sometimes second jobs, whatever it is, it isn’t supposed to be miserable and upsetting. Just because you are miserable as the adult who has to work minimum wage jobs, don’t take that out on the kids. I feel strongly as a parent that something needs to be done here about these people and also needs to be done about the employment standards of students and how to accommodate and make their job experiences more enjoyable in an already stressful world and fast paced work environment. Absolutely terrible to see these “leaders” lead in the manner that they are. Megan - you should be ashamed of yourself. To the manager and assistant manager. Shame on you both. Do better. Be better, lead better. Set the example. This isn’t the one to be setting for others…. Absolutely disgusted. You’ve lost all my business and my respect….

I am regular customer at this timhortons and unfortunately i am lactose intolerant too i asked a server to give me coffee with almond milk instead of normal cream so that i dont have to deal with any pain because of dairy but i dont know why they added the normal cream instead of almond milk just because they dont treat their customers order seriously i have to be in pain for whole 48 hours so i dont think i am gonna buy anything from timhortons again thank you be careful before buying anything from tims please hope this review helps !!!!!!
