Not sure if it’s because I’m from Michigan…. But our food was ODD. We got what we always get a McDouble and a McChicken with the addition of fries with gravy, sorry I don’t remember what these are called.
The burgers were actually good, better than at home.
The McChicken???? oddd enough I only took 1 bite. After unwrapping the sandwich I noticed the patty had all odd breading, very pale and fake looking (ik it’s McDonalds ) but…. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite. The whole thing was off. Taste, consistency, smell. All of it. The lettuce was good though.
The fries and gravy? Just bland. Fries were fries, gravy has very little flavor. We’ve ordered this from other McDonalds and it’s been good.

Before I worked here I expected perfection. Now I have been working at McDonald's for almost a year now and I have full respect for fast food employees, it's not the most difficult job in the world but most people who work here are starting their first job and are inexperienced to begin with, which is expected. The most important thing I have learned from a customer perspective is that you never know what goes on or for what reason things happen inside. From now on I know that whenever something goes wrong(doesn't matter where), it can usually boil down to a simple mistake we make as humans, and without mistakes people can't learn. Or something that is out of the control of the employees. Workers are humans, not less-than humans, and they are working to serve you and many other people all the time. They don't owe you anything. Peace and love.

As far as McDonald’s goes, this is one of the better locations anywhere. Solid (easily understood, no need for an interpreter) service attendants and the food is always fresh. Oh, and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are much better than Tim’s.

My daughter and I just went through your DT a few minutes ago and ordered the follow:
20 pack of chicken nuggets in a combo with fries and a Coke. As you can see in the pictures attached, we only received a 10-pack combo but was charged for the 20 pack.
Expensive enough ($24.51) but to only receive the smaller pack AND BBQ sauce instead of the requested Honey is an expensive lunch leaving us still hungry and over charged.
Had an excellent experience at this McDonald’s! I had to work a double shift so a McDonald’s trip was the plan, after having some issues with the app, one of the staff members (should have asked her name) helped get my order proper. This made my evening much better and of course the food was great as well.
