I recently visited the Wallaceburg location and was very disappointed with my experience. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was below acceptable standards, and the restrooms were particularly unclean. When attempting to order a pita, I was informed that the steamer was not working, which limited my options and forced me to choose a salad instead. Unfortunately, the food did not appear fresh, and the portion sizes were smaller than expected. Based on this experience, I do not plan to visit Pita Pit again.

Came here for a pita today, steamer was shut off so I had to wait for that to warm up. None of the sauce bottles were full, I asked for 4 different options and each one was empty. Because it took so long for the steamer to heat up my food got burnt on the flattop. Had a $17 tiny dry pita for lunch today ... Disappointed. Overseen the operation of two pita pits in the GTA and this place would have head office steaming.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Pita Pit was very disappointing. The food quality and hygiene standards were far below expectations. The ingredients didn’t feel fresh, and the overall cleanliness of the place made me uncomfortable eating there. Proper hygiene should be a top priority for any food establishment, but unfortunately, this location fell short. I won’t be returning and hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their standards.

Ordered a Philly steak with mushrooms. Meat seemed like it had expired. Added croutons to my pita, they were soggy/stale. There were ants infested the restaurant. Roaming freeing along side rails and tables. My daughter ordered spicy Greek pita. There were missing advertised items. Ones they had were not prepared as requested.

Absolutely horrible, I can't even pick the dang thing up, it arrived in a bag and torn apart. I went to pick it up and it literally fell every where. Both of them did this, slack and lazy, not impressed, not worth the $40

Great Shawarma, the staff and owner were really nice.
Pitas are very good ankit make very good pitas and the 2 girl workers disha and diksha they both are very friendly and always gives me best service.

I recently ordered two salads, combining falafel with black bean, and it was very filling. Not too many options for vegetarian food in Wallaceburg, so Pita Pit is able to provide options, which I'm grateful for. Also enjoyed their berry splash smoothie.
