Tried to order a pizza by phone. Background noise was so loud, their phone system is crap nothing by static and her accent so strong I couldn’t place order. Had to put another woman on the phone to take order. I said just look on the computer I always order the same pizza. Thought the order was placed, showed up to pick it up and they hadn’t made it. Just a lesson in futility. How about spending $20 and relocating your phone to quieter area. I’m done with you guys. Stick with Quo Vadis you’ll walk out with your hair at least!

$37 for a large pepperoni pizza i paid. Anyone else get robbed like this?

Better pizza elsewhere. Their peperoni had a slight sour taste to it, and unsure if the dough was completely cooked through. Maybe pan pizza was the way to go and not hand crafted (this is where I potentially went wrong)
This location seems to have slow turns which may have impacted the quality, but unsure why if they were slow, they didn't just cook the pizza longer...
Aside from that there was lots of parking and also the place was really clean

So I convinced my daughter that Pizza Hut was one of the best pizzas. She swore it tasted like cardboard. So she finally gave in. Pizza was delivered and how disappointing it was. The pepperoni was so hard could barely chew it. There was next to no topping nor sauce. This wallaceburg Pizza hut is the absolute worse I ever had. Everyone had 1 slice and decided not to eat it. For the price that Pizza should of sang me a song. What happened to quality??? To the owners you should change Pizza makers cause ouch......
I understand that it helps make your staff better but that does not help needing to order elsewhere to be able to eat. It cost me nearly 100 dollars beetween Both places. People were asking why didn't I just take the pizzas back as I bought 2 mediums. Because no one ever offers to re make the pizzas and you yourself never offered to come in and try another order to make up for this one. I have bills too just as you do as a restaurant owner. After seeing the other pizzas that others were so happy abut I wondered what happened to ours?? Look at the rest of the pizzas on the reviews. Huge difference. Every restaurant owners nowadays think that they are always right. Otlr that quality is 100 perfect. Things happen and I truly understand. It just makes it harder to want to order again from your shop when all you offered was. Ty for the review to help our staff........anywas cheers.

Pizza was fresh, food was amazing. The atmosphere when it's busy is great, even though the crew is under visible stress. Pizza was top notch, never had any pizza that tasted better than this. Customer service was friendly and able to get me my pizza within the time frame they suggested (15-20mins).
