The workers asked me if it was this Tim Hortons and I said yes, they said they get in trouble for it, so if they tell you they don’t make something because of the time they’re lying. I order the same thing every time. Coffee with two milk and a box of ten timbits, and I ask for no plane. Got to work five minutes later, and I got a box of plain timbits. What part of No Plane you didn't understand? Gotta be proud of yourself there, Tim Hortons you dropped the ball again!

i had a very polite gentleman named Keegan serve me with respect and gratitude served me 2 out of 3 items off my mobile order and proceeded to refund my sandwich that they couldnt make because they didnt have the supplies he was very fast and outgoing ill definitely be coming back and i hope hes working with that big smile again!

Very poor service at this Tim Hortons. I waited at the customer desk and called the staff twice — both times she said “coming” but never actually showed up. After being ignored for so long, we just left without getting our order. Completely unprofessional and shows very poor management.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. Even though it was my turn, I had to wait for over 15 minutes and no one was willing to take my order. The staff didn’t even look at the customers standing inside — they were only focused on serving the drive-thru. There were more than 10 people waiting in line, yet no attention was given to us. This is really frustrating and unfair to walk-in customers. Tim Hortons should value all their customers equally, not just those using the drive-thru.
