Got all the way through a very long line , ordered, got to the window and was told ther scanner is with the technician. Instead of apologizing and giving the coffee I ordered free they would rather throw it out.

Tim Hortons used to be a place you could go to and be greeted with a smile by the employees and they would be sincere about fulfilling your order. Our last visit here, they got our order wrong and refused to acknowledge their mistake and also would not replace the order as well as refusing a refund.
The underlying issue I believe is that the employees here have no desire to be at their job and are simply showing up to collect a paycheck.

The person that waited on us last night clearly didn't want to be at work. I paid with a gift card, I still owed money. Just a little bit, but the point was I had to call her over so I could give her the rest. Shortly after, a group of teenagers came in. They were extremely loud, rude and disrespectful of the other people trying to visit or enjoy a quiet evening. None of your staff went over and asked them to a little quieter or more respectful of the other people. When I managed a Tim Hortons, we would have went over and dealt with the situation. Everyone should have been able to enjoy the space. I won't go back to sit inside. If I could have given less stars, I would have.

Rude workers, I was stared down for getting a simple drink as a child? It's insane how a child can have better manners than a grown adult? 1/5 woman with the white hair is just a rude lady.
