Issue with breakfast I ordered a breakfast sandwich I didn't ask for the maple sugar on it. They added it. I have to watch my sugar intake. They replaced the sandwich however it took 3 minutes. Very dissapointed

First time coming here i was little scared. Each Tim Hortons is different but, I can say this is my FAVORITE Tim’s to go to when I’m in this town. Such good coffee, delicious bowls and cookies immaculate

Really disappointing service at this location today. The person at the drive-thru was unfriendly and unprofessional. First, my order was taken incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, I was told to drive back through the drive-thru again instead of being helped on the spot.
People are often rushing to work in the morning and look forward to starting the day with a properly brewed coffee — not wasting extra time because of someone else’s mistake. What made it worse was the rude attitude instead of a simple apology for the error.
This kind of experience is frustrating and leaves a negative impression. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the service quality and the attitude at the drive-thru.

No change tables for babies in the women's or men's washrooms.
This store has really gone down hill the last couple of weeks, the counter staff are not friendly not trained, and don’t seem to be in a hurry, The group of people hanging out in the parking lot is not welcoming.they are load and hang out in front for the door smoking drugs, I’m not sure what has changed with this store the last two weeks, the store was dirty tables not cleaned garbages over following floors were dirty looks like they have been mopped in a while, not satisfied so I will not be giving you any stars

With the new renovations so much nicer always was clean not so fast but thus makes up gor that a timmies except I wish they would pay more attention to Uber orders and special requests my order wrong last 3 times 😞
