Big thank you to Boston Pizza Wasaga beach today, for taking our 30+ walk-in group when another local restaurant pushed our reservation back by an hour. They worked with us even with another hockey team there to get us in and just over an hour and a half. Much appreciated from the Clearview Canucks U9MD team!

We stopped and lined up with everyone else. No signage instructing otherwise. Someone in line asked if we had to register so my husband went to investigate. At this point people behind us went ahead to give their name and wound up ahead of us. My husband told the staff member bhruv kotre this and said and he can't do anything . Go to the back of the line. We left and received a call saying he would try to make us happy. 20 minutes later they had a table. All this after he had been humiliated and dismissed first. We thanked them but passed on the offer. How was the food? Who knows.

Forgot our spinach dip and it came after all our food. Definitely not getting tipped for a $15 meal we had to just pack to take home and couldn’t enjoy. Old lady with the white hair needs to check herself for Alzheimer’s

The food & serving staff were excellent. The noise produced by the numerous other diners attested to the popularity of the restaurant in Wasaga Beach, but it took away from our enjoyment of our company. Next time, we'll have to plan our visit to be outside busy hours.
Always a relaxing time however I do not enjoy the chicken breast added to the salads… that said, my server, Emma, was so understanding and professional! Her smile is welcoming and she was easy to talk to.

I booked this location for our Family Christmas Get Together. We were 35 in attendance including 10 children! Much praise goes the Laurie and Amber. These waitresses were certainly very efficient! They quickly created lists of each of the families to keep track of who ordered what! The food and drinks flowed smoothly from our ordering to our tables. The children were well taken care of in a timely manner and they were all very content! Especially with dessert!
Thank you to all the staff behind the scenes that helped the servers’ efforts run so smoothly!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boston Pizza, Wasaga Beach with our soccer team of 50 people, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Despite our large group, everything ran smoothly. The staff had everything perfectly timed, and the food came out hot, fresh, and ready for us to dig in without delay. It was impressive how they managed to keep everything on track, ensuring everyone got their meals in a timely manner.
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that each of us felt taken care of throughout the meal. They worked efficiently but never made us feel rushed, and their positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable for everyone.
If you're planning a meal for a large group, I highly recommend Boston Pizza, Wasaga Beach. They handled our 50-person team beautifully and delivered a memorable dining experience. It’s clear they know how to cater to big groups without compromising on quality or service.

Our group was 50 people and reservation was made. Our table meals came way late my meal wasn’t coming. When finally we realized it wasn’t coming and made inquiry a very small 1/2 bowl of lukewarm soup arrived with a coffee spoon no beef in the beef soup. We complained and a larger warmer bowl of soup arrived with a bigger spoon. Still no food everyone else were getting finished I had no food (a salad with chicken). Finally it arrived. They kept saying they were too busy. Two girls for 50 people. I ate fast to finish up with the rest (indigestion). I had asked for a Corona it took forever to come and when I inquired about it I was given a dirty look and told we are busy. Came time to pay the bill we felt we could in all good faith pay 18% tip for that terrible experience. Won’t be back.

I need to be on a strict GF diet and I had the GF pizza. The crust was not baked enough for me as I like it crispy. But, most importantly, I enjoyed the pizza and there was no cross-contamination.
