Aman did an amazing job keeping a very long queue moving faster than any other Burger King I've seen. 10/10, made fast food actually fast.

The last few times the dinner area is very hot to sit down and enjoy. With warm weather outside, coming into a warm restaurant is not appealing.

Just got home from the drive through and having to wait 10 mins for our meals and instead of whopper Jr's, got chicken sandwiches. Way too much Mayo and couldn't eat it. Tried to call right away as I'm not going back out, but nobody answers the phone. Disappointed as were my kids.

Went there last night. Very dirty! Food on floor in the kitchen area. Floor sticky where the drinks are and counter was very dirty. It was not busy so not sure why they wouldn't clean up. The girl who was taking the order needs customer service training. Very sad that she would laugh at a customer who was trying to give his order but you could tell he had autism or he was deaf. The server was laughing thinking it was funny.

This bk started off strong…. Lately it’s horrible. Always garbage and food on the floor.
Today I waited 7 minutes to been noticed. Then order was taken …. In total we spent 25 minutes in there to order take out food.
Last time we came my husband who’s a vegetarian ordered an impossible sandwich…. Waited 15 minutes for them to cook one fresh… drove 5 minutes away to notice they gave him real meat. We drove back and the manager looked at it and said “I’m not surprised”. She then pulled out the impossible meat (that had now been sitting there for over 10 minutes) and made a sandwich and gave it to him. No sorry. No compensation for almost making him horrifically sick and for having to drive back to correct something that shouldn’t be a mistake.
I also got a poutine one day and the gravy was ice cold. Cheese curds ice cold and the fries were maybe warm.
Overall completely dissatisfied with this place. They need a manager to come in and actually manage.
