They discriminated against older people to sit at the bar the manager wanted to sit younger people there so they left We were going to try your restaurant but now I don't think so

Went for an early dinner Feb 3rd. I was undecided what to have so our server Danielle surprised me with nachos. My husband and mother had steak. Meals were delicious. It was the service that I was impressed with. Danielle was thoughtful, attentive and had a great personality.

And the waiter with the blonde curly hair is adorable.. he was so bubbly and we loved him..

It’s new years so I understand that it might be busy but this location had there phones off online ordering disabled two hours before they closed me not having a clue that they closed at 9 on new years decide to call again at 9 some guy answers the phone saying “is that you” I’m like is this chucks “ya” can I place a take out order. “No we are closed” hangs up I find that super rude and will not return plus tell people my experience any chance I get.

Tried to go and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately the kitchen staff and friends decided to ruin my dates and I night. Lots of people over served and seemed to be other activities going on in the bathrooms. I won't be back what a terrible experience

As always, good food and atmosphere. Unfortunately not enough staff, so as my evening went on the waitress wasn't as attentive. Not asked about dessert. Waited 20 minutes to ask for a tea. (Warm at best). I still gave the waitress an 18% tip, as I blame the management for not enough staff. (That said, I like the restaurant and food, but it was a disappointing evening).

Haley, was a real star who rolled with our silly jokes as salespeople! She is very charismatic and made us feel like family. She definitely made our visit memorable. We will come back the food and environment is a 5 star.

We totally forgot about it being the Friday before Christmas and the place was packed!! But still got the BEST service from Diana!!! She rocked! Guiding us through an unfamiliar menu and checking often to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. We knew there would be a bit of a wait because of the crowd, but it didn't bother us because of Diana's great service.😁Kudos to the restaurant and the best server I've had in a while ☺️

Ok so I have been trolling several chucks establishment and I must say there is a difference between them. It's not the food. It's the overall atmosphere.
Wasaga beach location is by far the best chucks out there. The servers are welcoming and friendly
You almost feel like family.
I challenge anyone to find a better location. Cheers.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Been to over 12 different Chuck’s locations and this one is top shelf! Hailey is definitely one of the best servers/ bartenders we’ve ever had. Went out with a couple of friends and she turned a good night into an amazing one! Thank you for always making sure we are well taken care of! Highly recommend going to check out this location. You may just find yourself a regular after the first visit! Great food, cold beer, and fantastic food!

I'd love to give this place a 5 star, I wish the inside dining was a little bit bigger. Other than that there staff is very inviting. Food is always good and the cold beer is Fresh. I do like the Chucks nachos 😋

With not a lot of places to choose from as a resident of Wasaga Beach it was nice to see that a chain restaurant still was able to provide the small town feel of a family run restaurant. We attend the location for the first time last night after a day of shopping with the family and was greeted with friendliness and a smile. They seated us in a nice location in the restaurant and service was phenomenal. One could absolutely notice that un like your typical chain restaurants out side of the city where employees are obviously there only to make a paycheck. That this location was different the owners must truly take care of the staff. This shows in how they pay it forward to the patrons.
We ordered the sirloin and lobster tail, steak bites, crazy chicken burger, quarter chicken and wings. As an app I would highly recommend the baked spinach dip served with pita bread.
If your a ceaser lover there's is top notch aswell.

My family and I will definitely be returning in the future to this establishment as we were extremely impressed. Well done to all thee staff working last night December 8th 2024. Wish we had been able to remwber our servers name.

1000000000/10 I come to this restaurant for the staff! They are so sweet to deal with. The waitresses are so pleasant and smiling when waiting tables. The kitchen staff always look so happy to work there. The food is always amazing and hot. THIS PLACE ROCKS.
