I came to chucks hungry and the host was extremely nice and polite and got me a table right away. When I sat down I ordered my food and half the wings were cold. When I told the manger she said in a rude way there were just made and not sure why. In conclusion she was unable to do anything about it. But the host Kendra was extremely nice throughout my visit.
