Customer service was horrible! I went in to order a birthday cake and I asked the lady if she can write on the cake and she said yes that would be a 45 min wait. I said wow that is just insane and then once I complained she said she will have it done in 5 mins. I then asked her to write it in black and then she came back with the writing in green. She then said that was the only colour they had. I was livid! That is not what I wanted! I am so disappointed in the customer service I received at this location.

Had a bad experience here twice. Spent $37.00 for runny ice cream. When I told the worker that my caramel sundae was melting, she said that the caramel sauce was melting it. She didn't offer to replace it. Costco does sundaes better. The blizzards have very little toppings added. Very boring. They skimp on everything. Don't expect to get proper Dairy Queen items at this location. The owner obviously isn't trying to impress.

Very mixed experiences here but, overall they tend to mix up orders and serve mostly runny ice cream. The staff are abrupt and rude. Sometimes you get lucky and get decent food but it’s a 1:10 ratio. They need new management.

The burgers were served still hot, and the ice cream was still cold. Their burgers are 100% beef and definitely underrated.
Parking: Parking is scarce and fills up quickly, especially on hot summer days.
