Went there on Labour Day with my girlfriend. It wasn't too busy, we got a seat right away. However, the service leaves something to be desired. They didn't provide menus when seating us and it took about 20 minutes by the time we got our drinks. We were asked about 3-4 times if we had already been served by passing staff, which I appreciate, but it wouldn't be necessary if there was a little more coordination and communication between them.
Luckily, our server took our food orders with the drinks, because it took an hour to get two salads. And the salads were made to go, even though we were clearly dining in. We would have just taken them out of the boxes and eaten them there, but it took so long to get the orders that our paid parking was about to expire. So we got soggy salads to go. They also don't serve water because the building is old so we had to order bottled water.
This place is pricey. Two beers, two soggy salads, and a bottle of water came to $75. I guess I should've checked the receipt more clearly, because after reading other reviews, I see that they include tip in the price. Of course they didn't mention it, so I tipped extra.
The best thing I can say about this place is it has a nice view of the beach, but I don't think we'll go back again.

Ordered a spicy arrabiata pasta...asked the waitress if it had sausage and she said yes...it did not. Tasted like spaghetti from a can. Worse pasta dish I've EVER had.

We sat on the patio for almost 20 minutes workout service. Even though they knew we were there. The waitress looked at us and walked away. Never again will we stop here.

Good views, friendly staff especially our server Makenna for 3 visits. cold beers, hot and tasty food. will come back as soon as we can, hoping to move to the area later in the year. The only place to go in the Beach. will be great when no restrictions and can use inside
