My friends and I ordered 4 peach oolong teas for delivery. It took Gong Cha an extremely long time to make the drinks; we waited 2 hours for the order. When we recieved the drinks, the seals weren't tight so they spilled everywhere. Also they tasted horrible, I could not finish mine. I won't order here again.

I was so happy when I discovered that we have bubble tea in our Wasaga area and I was there to support my community. I am a regular every week customer and from time to time I would introduce this place to my family and friends who visiting Wasaga beach. I’ve always very generous with my tip and happy with the same person “the male” that usually work there. Today I was very disappointed with the service. I brought my family over. We placed 3 ordered. When we were there, the place was empty and no client were there. After a few minute, a customer came in and ordered, with a short waited, she got her ordered and left. A guy walked in and ordered his and after 5 minutes or so he got his 2 drinks and left. We are still waiting patiently and looking at each other and try to be politely and waiting more. After another 5 or more minutes, our drinks was ready for us. I was so unhappy with the service snd I asked the male server (usually only one person work there) why did we got our order last? Why the two clients was order after us and got served first? Male server indicated that “because you had more ordered than them and that is our policy”. I told him that I am a regular customer and if this is your policy, I will not give you my business. I was so disappointed and feel like I just want to take my tip back… but I didn’t and walk a way.
I am a bubble tea drinker and I know what a good bubble tea is. This place bubble tea is not that great and I am ok since this is the only place in Wasaga… that I know. The server is not rude. He is polite and I am apologizing for asking the questions and he seems stress answering me.
Like I said, I am a regular customer and I usually very generous with my tip. After today I don’t know if I want to return because I usually ordered more than a cup to bring it home to my family. Due to your policy serve other customer(s) that ordered less item than I am first before serving me that is the first ordered in the line. Change your policy and you may have my business back. I had a fantastic experience at Gong Cha! The staff was absolutely lovely, and the girl took her time to help me choose the perfect drink. She was so patient and knowledgeable, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The drinks were amazing!! fresh, flavourful, and perfectly made. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time trying Gong Cha as it was the only bubble tea we found in Wasaga Beach. On Saturday we were served by a girl who was rude and unfriendly and cutting us off as we had questions since it was our first experience with ordering at Gong Cha so we were unsure of the menu. The 4 drinks and bubble waffle we ordered took about 15 minutes to prepare and the cups were not all full. We returned on Sunday and had a MUCH better customer service experience hence 2 stars instead of one. The drinks were mediocre though as you could tell they were made from powders but good enough to satisfy a bubble tea craving!

Response to you: Then have an employee show up earlier to ensure you’re ready for opening time. Terrible excuse.
