First time trying Gong Cha as it was the only bubble tea we found in Wasaga Beach. On Saturday we were served by a girl who was rude and unfriendly and cutting us off as we had questions since it was our first experience with ordering at Gong Cha so we were unsure of the menu. The 4 drinks and bubble waffle we ordered took about 15 minutes to prepare and the cups were not all full. We returned on Sunday and had a MUCH better customer service experience hence 2 stars instead of one. The drinks were mediocre though as you could tell they were made from powders but good enough to satisfy a bubble tea craving!

I show up at 11:05 on a Saturday when it states they open at 11 and I was asked to wait an additional 20 minutes because products on the menu aren’t ready… then open at noon…
Response to you: Then have an employee show up earlier to ensure you’re ready for opening time. Terrible excuse.

Glad to have a Gong Cha location out in Wasaga. Not so glad about the paper cups and paper straws. The thing is the drink is delicious. But the paper cups doesn’t do it justice as party of the experience is seeing the bobas and other toppings as I fish it out while drinking. Now every sip is a random draw lol. Not a fan. The paper boba straw is no good either. So make sure you grab a few extra ones as they melt quite quickly. This location also isn’t the cleanest. Probably will not return.

The mango slush had an extremely artificial taste. Tastes exactly like eating that purple fun dip stick from the convince store. Definitely not worth what I paid.

This is the 3rd time that I've tried to get bubble tea at this location. All three times they were sold out of tapioca with hours left before they close. This is extremely disappointing especially since that would be one of their main items being sold. Will not be attempting to travel a fourth time here only to be disappointed again and waste my gas and time.
