Went to kfc with my family. Waited over 10 minutes before addressed. Informed they no longer serve the plant based menu despite showing on their menu. The employee did offer vegetarian alternatives from Taco Bell. When the bucket of chicken was brought home, the bottom pieces were so greasy they were throw out. I would avoid this kfc and go to another option if possible.

I've given KFC Wasaga Beach a few chances and this is the last one. About 30 minutes ago I went inside KFC and ordered a 3 piece meal with a side order. He specifically asked if I wanted to make it a combo and I said yes. He had no people skills. He hands me the bag and repeats what it is. I get home and not only was there no side order, but the chicken I received was very small and so dried out that the inside chicken crunched like skin. That waste of money was almost $16. I will be trying my luck with KFC Head Office on Monday morning. This is getting ridiculous!!

Not quite sure how the place could be out of its signature side, especially being in one of the biggest tourist attractions… but failing that they did not seem concerned or empathetic at all! Very poor customer service. I get things happen… but to not have the customer service to handle it is even worse!

Food is delicious…however the portion size of chicken has hit an all time low. Chicken breast was no larger than 3 nuggets, other pieces unrecognizable which part of the chicken it came from. For comparison, in Texas I ordered 6 pieces thinking it should be the same portion…nope, what I got was literally 2 full chickens…in Texas. In Wasaga…6 pieces hardly made up half a chicken’s worth of meat. Welcome to Canada.
The worst - and called and said no problem advixe do not eat!! Change the oil!! It's gross. Never again!!

We went to KFC Wasaga Beach location on Monday Oct 7 for two sandwich combos We got our order cold and service was even worse We phoned to complain and were told the order was served the way they serve. We went back today to voice our dissatisfaction again. Again we were told I'm sorry this is how we serve our orders if not right you shouldn't order from here Today and future customers please be aware of where you eat and check your order before you pay and leave. Always ask for receipt They told us the only way they give receipts is asked for ?????

Terrible experience….firstly I went there at 7:50pm and door sign open till 8pm but they locked door from inside before closing time and secondly food was not fresh at all. Definitely not recommended this wasaga beach location kfc. They need to change management or still will loose more customers

I dined in and surprisingly my chicken was not hot and the gravy changed to a pepper gravy, I always love kfc gravy it’s totally different and my portion of fries was so small cost me over $20 for a meal and I left hungry!! I would not recommend this place. Very disappointed😕
