We stopped in today while out for a drive to Wasaga, we both had soft serve ice cream. I've never had soft serve that has a grainy texture. It was really strange. And to be honest, it left a waxy film in my mouth afterwards. Not to mention the cones, we're stale. It was $14 for two large soft serve. CASH ONLY!

I have driven by this place many times, but the other day, I thought I would stop in. I had a burger and a fry & gravy. It was the best burger I have had in a while. The fries and gravy were good too. I will be passing through the beach again next week, and I will stop in for another burger.

The elderly lady with glasses was quite unfriendly and unwelcoming and it is cash only. Didn't realize it was a cash only establishment and attempted to pay with card, she got mad at me and said "how hard is it?" to the older man sitting at a table, implying I can't read. Quite an underwhelming experience. How hard is to work in customer service in a tourist area and lack basic social and customer service skills. Also since it is cash only they have an ATM which has a 3 dollar service charge. Wouldn't it be easier and cheaper to get a card reader instead of an ATM? I ended up paying over 9 dollars for 2 cones, plus an extra 3 for using the atm. Terrible experience

My husband and I stopped in tonight for Ice cream. The lady that served us was friendly. We ate our cones outside in their picnic area. I went back in and asked where the washroom was. Was told by a different employee, younger.. that they did not have a washroom. Hmmmm, Sit-in restaurants are required to have toilet facilities for customers. They do have tables inside to eat, sooooo where are the washrooms. Only giving 1 star for service because of the younger employee.. 1 star for atmosphere because NO washroom. Not so friendly.

Service was horrible. The older lady with glasses was incredibly rude. Did not greet us hi, welcome, smile or nothing. Just miserable looks. Ice cream is good. But my overall experience was ruined because of the staffs unwelcoming vibe. Do not come here unless u wanna ruin your day.

Also ice cream has an ice particle texture to it probably due to high water content. Ice cream melted quickly and rendered the cone wet and it fell apart before I could finish it. Second time going there and will never go back again.
