Reservation process very easy. Showed to table at designated time! Our server, Cameron was excellent. Ordered drinks and an app right away and waited maybe 5 minutes for drinks. App a little after. Mains ordered, steak for me and beef dip for my wife. Both were amazing!
Chocolate cake was incredible as well. (Wife's review)
Cameron came by several times to check if everything was ok. Excellent customer service!
No complaints except for the Blue Jay's losing! Will definitely return.

We keep having issues with no Ribs or not 4 orders left Then Tuesday the place is way over half empty and the greeter says only reservations Always some kind of issue She was actually rude and spoke very poor English

We went as a party of 6 for dinner. We were seated quickly, but waited a long time just to order drinks, then waited another 20 minutes to order dinner.
Finally dinner arrived for only 3 of us. The remaining 3 meals arrived after the original 3 meals were practically done. Very chaotic and disorganized, however the seating and ambiance were excellent. Food was mediocer; we would probably go back, but order from the appetizer menu instead.

Food was meh! For something attached to a Casino, I would expect something better. Wasn’t busy (I now see why) and the food was cold, service was negligent. Saw our waitress only a few times. She had two tables. I would expect more from Gateway Casinos. Need better training and supervision. She was pleasant enough. I would hate to see what the service would be like if it got busy. I don’t think I would go back.

Went to have dinner was told that there was a 45 minute wait. One table was occupied on the patio and half the inside seating was empty. Went elsewhere for dinner.
Also was not impressed with the entrance to the parking lot had to drive past and circle around the roundabout just to get to the building

Our experience at Match Eatery in Wasaga Beach was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.
We made a reservation in advance and noted that it was for a birthday celebration. There was no acknowledgment at all — no greeting, no mention, nothing. It set the tone for what ended up being a truly poor experience.
Service was chaotic. After placing our dinner order, our server completely disappeared — we later found out they just went home without anyone informing us or reassigning our table. As a result, we had no server for a large portion of the evening, and no one came to check on us after our food arrived.
We also had multiple issues with our drinks. We clearly ordered virgin raspberry fizz drinks — for a designated driver and a pregnant guest — and yet twice we were served alcoholic drinks. One of those times, the female bartender argued that triple sec is not alcohol. Which is both incorrect and completely unprofessional. This was not only frustrating but could have had serious consequences.
When we finally asked for the bill and takeout boxes (after waiting again for nearly 20 minutes), we noticed we were charged for all four incorrect alcoholic drinks. We had to argue just to have those removed — again, not something you want to deal with after an already disappointing night.
This experience was disorganized, inattentive, and borderline unsafe due to the mishandling of drink orders. Between the vanishing server, lack of birthday acknowledgment, dangerous drink mix-ups, and an argumentative bartender, we absolutely will not be returning — and I strongly caution others to think twice before dining here.

We arrived at the restaurant and were told there were no tables available. After insisting, they finally gave us a table, but once we were seated, no one came to take our order or even check on us. It felt like we were being ignored. The manager saw the situation but didn’t offer any solution or attempt to improve our experience. Very disappointing service and an unwelcoming atmosphere. We won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the hostess was unwilling to seat us and only did so after we insisted. We then waited over twenty minutes for someone to take our order, with no staff approaching to assist us. When we finally spoke with the manager to express our concerns, his attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing complete disregard for resolving the situation. This level of customer service is far below what one would expect from an establishment of this kind.

Was there tonight server’s were good. We waited over half an hour for wings Which was the special tonight. I asked to speak to manager and he said he had a big table of nine people and we would have to wait another half hour for wings as they only have one fryer??? So we left and he said that was ok he will sell our wings to another table?????? I will add photo of manager I spoke to. He was rude and unprofessional. He just smiled and didn’t care about his customers

Loved the food!! Awesome Nashville chicken sandwich and beef brisket sandwich. Our waitress Jackie (hope spelled right) was really friendly and efficient. Happy to have tried it - I recommend a visit’

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. The beer was fresh and well-served, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended

4 people having dinner, there food was great!! Mine was a club sandwich, was served cold, I spoke to server was told that's how is served, really!! Cold greasy bacon, cold toast, I didnt want to make a fuss, but really??

Usually better than this, no more clubs!!
