Terrible management no customer service

My wife had bad service and terrible soggy fries

Went to this venue to get a gift certificate for some
Local family and was told by the hostess that a server would be with me shortly. I had the pleasure of watching the servers socialize and ignore me for 20 minutes before I walked out of this joint; asked how much longer and that prompted the hostess to disappear for another 5 minutes… management, get your staff in check.

Very disappointed. It’s Monday night at 5 pm the restaurant and patio are empty and we are turned away saying it was a half hour wait due to reservations. Huh?

Saturday night Most of the restaurant is empty they couldn’t except two people even at the bar because they have a three groups coming in 2 of 6 and one of nine the kitchen can’t handle any other people… as we looked in 3/4 of the Restaurant was empty. We travelled from Barry and I don’t think we’re ever gonna come back.

Advertises as a sports bar but doesn’t have the full NFL package so not all games are available. Recommend going elsewhere because they don’t answer phones to ask ahead of time.

I requested a gluten free bun for my handheld burger. The bun same back hard as a rock and hurt my teeth. The server asked why I didn’t eat the bun and I said it was hard, I showed her the hard sound it made when it struck my plate and she felt it. She’s agreed it was too hard. When my bill came around she stated she could take 1 dollar off for the up charge of the gluten free bun. Not impressed with the food or the servers response. Would not go back!

Drive 30 mins to have lunch and was told there was a 1hour wait. Only 4 tables full of people.

They said there were reservations but she showed me the sheet and there was only 1.

I asked if they were short staffed and she said no.

Poor service and a waste of time even trying to go.

Almost an hour to serve food, was bland when it finally arrived. Ribs were tiny and dry, fries not very good either. Corn bread was good. Reminds me of restaurant food warmed up in the microwave the next day. Great interior though.

The food was mediocre. Definitely don't recommend the garlic parmasean fries (they are overpowering and this place can't seem to fry things properly). The steak sandwich was good if you're looking for a good sandwich. And I'd recommend the burger! Otherwise... you're better off spending it at the casino next door! And the casino staff is AMAZING! In my opinion...

Restaurant was a quarter full and a completely empty patio with operating televisions and we were told a 45 minute wait.

Worst meal I have had out at a restaurant in years! Ordered an 8oz steak got about 2 oz with eating. The best part was the salad, and not the salad I was up charged for. Terrible!!!!
