Absolutely outraged. It seems like it doesn't matter what new city you visit, there's always that mcdonalds who will hire any careless person. I'm so tired of employees not double checking things. I ordered 2 meals. A family meal that consists of 2 burgers 2 fries 2 drinks and a happy meal on skip the dishes. No special requests. Got the food extremely late, my child was missing his happy meal toy and snack yogurt. My other son missing a drink. Everything was cold and saugy my daughter reheated her food in a microwave. This is outrageous. Managers and supervisors need to step it up. This is absolutely disgusting the way their employees behave and this was my first time in this city. Or town. Whatever this place is. I can assure you I won't ve coming back here.

Been several years but wow, the food was borderline gross now. Warm soggy/mushy fries, the filet-o-fish has shrunk, it was quite dry and pretty hard in the corners, the nuggets were also dry and hard (I remember they used to be juicy with crispy tempura?). The apple pie on the other hand was the only thing flavourful and crispy. This type of food should be half the price or twice the quality. The news reports on sales numbers make total sense to me now. McDonald's, what happened to you!?

Let's start by saying it took 10 mins to place my order at the counter [no one infront of me at all] then when I asked if some one was working cash I got a rude reply by the one manager. Placed my order with one guy then he took off in the middle of me placing the order. Next lady comes have to repeat my order to her asked to upgrade to two large shakes she says np. Receive my order 13 mins later [keep in mind no one infront of me ] while waiting another guy walked in and he had received an empty kids happy meal book which he payed for and drove home then back to get exchanged then they give me my order and shakes which were wrong as well. When I asked to speak to a manager one came up and talked to me. Then walked away. Another comes up and said we made a mistake and will have to re charge you. This after waiting almost twenty two mins to place and receive order . Let's just say stay away from this location and the staff and management have no clue on what happing. Hate to see it here in summer when busy lol!!!!!!!!

In the app it shows Monopoly is on. In the drive thru there are signs for Monopoly. Online the dates have not passed. Yet we received 2/16 Monopoly stickers.
Really frustrating to be falsely advertised to. We were actually going to go somewhere else but decided to get McDonald's since Monopoly was on. We ordered extra hash browns specifically to get more stickers and none of the hash browns had stickers.

Frequent this location as I'm a local with a child who enjoys McD's. WORST experience last week as i ordered and drove to window 1 Where the staff took my payment. As i reached window 2 staff said payment did not work so i tapped my card AGAIN. While waiting for the food i checked my banking and saw payment was withdrawn twice. Staff got the manager who was SO SO RUDE, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. she came to thew window and said what's the problem, i simple said i was charged twice and showed her my banking on my phone. STILL VERY RUDE saying well our end said it didn't go through so we had to charge again. I said ok but it did go through so i would like a refund which she had the staff do. Unfortunately i still have to support this location as it is the only McDonald's in the beach but shame on that "MANAGER" she needs better training on how to speak to customers.

Staff was friendly, food was hot and ready quickly.
Food is almost always great. Tastes like a real burger most of the time, not like every other McDonaldâs. They strive for fresh cooked food. Obviously everyone has their bad days, but this McDonaldâs is almost always on point.
Always impressed, but tonight I went through drive through, and the guys working tonight killed it.
