Stopped by on our way out of Wasaga Beach cuz the group was craving some Pho… and it honestly was alright. Definitely not the best pho but also not the worst. It is the only Vietnamese resto within the area so we were just happy it’s there. The noodles tasted a bit hard and the soup you can tell was water-downed a little bit. Decided to try their thai green curry and it definitely did not taste like it. There was no taste and there was barely any meat in it. Their soups are a better option. This curry was close to $20 for this little bowl….
I had a great experience at Pho Simcoe! The food was incredibly fresh, flavourful, and served quickly. Food was made to order and piping hot. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic, spicy and satisfying. Whether you're a pho regular or new to Vietnamese cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
