I am incredibly disappointed with the service today. I ordered two medium pizzas and made it clear to the agent on the phone that I wanted red peppers, ground beef, and chicken on one of the pizzas; instead we got red onions. We spent a total of $42 and can only eat one pizza. When I called the customer service reps I told them I wanted a refund or a voucher for the same amount I paid for the pizza. But I was told the best they can do is give me a $3.00 credit on my next order.Prices for everything have skyrocketed which has made everyone more conscious about how and where they spend their money. I regret to say that I spent mine at pizza pizza just to get poor customer service and a pizza I didn’t order. What a shame.

I ordered at 5:42 and it’s 8:14 and I’ve yet to receive my full order. One pizza was delivered at the almost 2 hr mark. Driver said he would be back in 10 minutes with rest of order. That was 40 minutes ago now. Had to call a second time and basically re-order. Who knows if or when pizza will ever arrive.

This franchise was quite dirty upon entry... huge outside garbage bin was overflowing (disgusting site to see upon arrival.) We arrived at 11:30am, so there was plenty of time to clean the dirty garbage bins.However, the pizza was good, very tasty!Do yourself a favour and clean your business... please!Parking: Plenty of free parking when we arrived.

Must try there pizza ,stromboli ,fennel cake pizza fries with caramel dip was mind blowing n also if u dnt find beer anywhere they have 4 options in beer as well highly recommend

We went here today because it was the only OPEN option at lunch time but never again.

Food is the only thing that matters when coming to a place like pizza pizza, this one in particular is alright. Summer times r the best time to order because they have the best of the best preparing there food. Any other month then June July and August your better off ordering from toppers!
