I really enjoy this place. I go regularly for wings with an old friend and I really enjoy their wings. The servers are always really friendly and fast, even when they are busy they make you feel welcome. The Tuesday Wings deal is awesome. Its clean, lots of parking and good menu.

The air conditioners are leaking from the ceiling leaving puddles on the benches of 2/3 booths. No mention of this from waitresses when they seat you until your clothing is already wet. The men’s bathroom doesn’t have a functioning soap dispenser. There is no signs of pest control as the dining area and bathrooms. There was a lot of flies buzzing around.
1 dish arrived to the table ice cold. 1 dish arrived inaccurately made and cold. 2 kids pasta dishes came with half undercooked/hard noodles and sauce separating. There was only one person in our party out of five that didn’t have complaints about the meal just irritated with the flies.
We will not be returning.

Welcome to my review of St Louis Bar and Grill in Wasaga Beach. Not often do I get away but this past weekend I ended up in Wasaga Beach and Collingwood a friend. We went for appetizers at St. Louis bar and Grill in Wasaga Beach. I was pleasantly surprised on the amount of seating the arrangement and the overall cleanliness of the establish. what a great server we had her name was Nicole. She’s a great front line representation of the business, courteous, polite, friendly, asking the right questions on time with the drinks and with the appetizers. Talking about appetizers we had small little glitch with the appetizer brought it to Nicole‘s attention and in a friendly positive way she took care of the situation and made our experience very positive rather than negative. The bar was half full and she commanded it as if hardly anybody was there. the food was good. Lots of TVs for the sports enthusiasts. lots of parking and the food that came out being served. The other tables looked delicious. when you’re in Wasaga Beach 100% check it out ask for Nicole.

We waited over an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, there were no utensils or napkins — we had to get up and ask for them. They never brought the bill, so we had to go to the counter to pay. I do not recommend this place.

Worst experience i have ever had taking my family out to eat We live in wasaga beach and thought we hadn't tried this location yet, and we will NOT BE RETURNING The food was an hour and subpar. There were parts missing. Sauces missing. Food cold. Food coming out at different times

The only saving grace this restaurant has is our server SHAYLA. SHAYLA WAS AMAZING AMD DESERVES A RAISE.
Her service was amazing, she was super nice and apologetic about everything which she didnt need to be. She was accommodating and came to check on us regularly

At the start of our experience we were told it would be a 30 minute wait, it slowly turned into 75. Server barely talked to us and it was overall bad communication. Even after making eye contact she would refuse to acknowledge us and it seemed like we were ignored. Would not recommend, we almost told customers coming in late to leave.

The portions are poor ,no tasty , no fresh , the visual of the food pretty bad , only one waiter for a bunch of people . Worst place ever
Wings were amazing - as they are in every other St. Louis location but the service was dismal. Rachel seemed to be the only server for the whole bar and restaurant, and was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. The whole experience was exhausting and won’t be retuning to this location 👎

Wanted to order coins and curd, couldn’t no coins. Want to order Spanish dip couldn’t they didn’t have any Spanish dip. Ordered 8 piece boneless chicken four of the pieces were 1/4 the size of a normal chicken piece. They were very slow coming from the kitchen, we were ready to pay for drinks and leave. Our waitress Shaylee deserved a metal for being so good to her customers, she was honest and pleasant throughout the meal that took 3/4 of an hour longer than it should have. The air conditioning was on and the restaurant was freezing and they had the doors to patio open. This was my favourite location to eat but the restaurant is going down hill quickly.

We had a really frustrating experience here. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, the dishes came out staggered—some way earlier than others, which made it awkward to eat together. My partner’s meal was cold, and mine had missing ingredients and, worst of all, a hair in the dish.
The overall service was slow and disorganized, and there was no real apology or attempt to make it right. A few table gave up and just left. No one seemed to notice. For the price and wait time, this just isn’t acceptable. Definitely won’t be returning

Went to st Louis bar & grill for my wife's birthday on July 19 2025 the server Santana was very nice she made sure everything was ok l had the wing s & poutine my wife had the classic poutine our friend had the dusted wings I had a beer my wife had the eperolspritz and our friend had spicy margaritaw everthing was awesome will decently going back to st Louis bar & grill in wasagbeach would recommend st Louis bar & grill everything was awesome the price was reasonable thank you Brenda & harry
