Asking for a $3 tip on a $6 black ice coffee while getting the order wrong 50% of the time is wild! This location gets my order wrong at least half the time. How hard is a black cold brew with light ice? Monday was a full cup of ice and today was black iced tea!! I enjoy starbucks products and there are some good locations but this one is absolutely brutal. This will be my last visit to this location.

Honestly such a tarnish on Starbucks name, the customer service here is worse than a Tim Hortons. The drive through lady shushed me and wouldn’t honour my coupon, they don’t take orders ahead of time… etc etc. I pay extra to enjoy the customer service standards of Starbucks and this store disappoints almost every single time.

Ordered a Venti Soy Cappuccino, and as i was sipping, something slid into my mouth. It was a long curled up hair! I almost puked when i saw what it was i was pulling from my mouth. I am disgusted, and i will never go to this location again!!!

Im a regular at this Starbucks and have had the lucky opportunity of meeting majority of the staff, they are all great and go out of there way especially on the weekdays, Tom who is in training has become my new favourite he perks me up every time I drive thru he's made a few bad days a lot better, Isabelle is always a sweetheart and gives great recommendations and Kyle is the man he's great at what he does! I feel bad to say anything bad but the weekend morning drive thru staff the past few days November 2 and 3 haven't been very pleasant and have messed up my order both days.. it's a young girl in training I didn't catch her name as her name tag wasn't easily readable.
there was a literal dead wasp inside of mine. I didn’t realize and took a sip.

I just want to say I see you have 2 new people to your team in Wasaga Beach! Tiffany I knew from a previous place, she has excellent customer service and she always was so kind. Tom also from a previous place, he adds spark wherever he goes. He is also has great customer service. Tom has a great memory of anything you discussed with him and is very suggestive for new products. With both Tiffany and Tom to your team You will definitely not be disappointed for the new members of your team! They are both AWESOME PEOPLE!!
Went through the drive through ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher with coconut, but at the window I got cold foam which was an extra $2 and it made the drink just taste like cream. Not enjoyable and over $8 for something I didn’t order. Very disappointing
