My family member is senior director of operations in Starbucks headquarters in seattle, I visit this Starbucks every so often to secretly review their products. The items here are always fresh and good quality. I got a ham and egg sandwich, black tea with steamed milk and cake pop today. Service was also AMAZING! Keep it up staff :)

We started coming here a few months ago because we were no longer happy with the other coffee shops in town and this is our new go-to place.
Everyone that works here is very friendly, efficient and genuine. Great food, great people and they always get our orders correct. Very refreshing compared to the normal experience at the other leading coffee shop in town.

I went through the drive-through today and was helped by Tom. He has the kind of personality that instantly makes you smile. Even just ordering tea felt like a bright spot in my day because of his friendly energy and genuine kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a simple interaction feel so positive. I ordered food and drinks via mobile while on the way to Blue Mountain, hoping for a quick pickup. Unfortunately, the experience at this location was disappointing. Despite clarifying multiple times through the drive-thru that we were picking up a mobile order, the staff seemed confused and asked us to repeat ourselves several times.
When the order was handed over, the entire food package came without napkins, and my hot matcha latte was served cold with ice. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff member’s response was dismissive, asking me, “What do you want us to do?” and then saying “Oh, you’re fine with it, so have a nice day”—without any apology.
For a Starbucks, I expected much better customer service and attention to detail. Very disappointing.
