Everything you would expect from a very well ran Subway. Friendly and efficient staff had us out in no time. Made to order, everything was fresh, and staff were great. We may have been just passing through, but worth a stop if you are in the area.

Once again, I went online to the website to do an order for pickup. And of course, as it has happened more times than not, the payment process says oops, looks like we've made a mistake. Please try again. Then I tried calling the restaurant 4 times and just kept getting a notice telling me that their voicemail is not set up. So I guess they really don't want any customers Or they would make sure that the website worked properly or that their phone was being picked up. Since they did neither, we ended up going somewhere else for dinner. Thanks for nothing. Once again!!

I have no idea that 627 River Rd East could have any positive reviews. As a local resident, been going since “Rob” original owner opened in the beginning, Aprx 20 plus years ago. The new owners in last 5-6 years, totally try to hose you. Only going to give one experience that I’ve had recently after not going back for some years. ( I received a gift card) thinking maybe only me?? I decided to give it another try,,, hey for me it was free. What do I have to loose??? I order 2 Philly Stake n Cheese. Now I would assume that cheese is a given. But NOOO!! Sprinkled a tiny bit on, when I asked for a tiny bit more?? It was going to be “an extra ad on” really!!! Even the 5 people behind me rolled their eyes and while laughing ,,, totally agreed with me . I said forget it, I used my card and left. Subway has changed people, in my opinion only!!! I would never ever waste my time going there, even if I got it free. Btw, it is also very difficult to understand the one or two employees that work there. As stated. Only my opinion. You need to decide on your own. Point is,,,,, not bashing company, only speaking from my own personal opinion from multiple visits. But there will be NO, More from myself .

Had a bad experience, the employees there were literally putting very small amount of veggies, I asked him to add onion and he literally just put 3 pieces of onions. What is that like if we are paying we should get the quantity for which we are paying, Will never visit again and I worked at subway too and i know this is not the quantity they provide

This subway guy is rude because we reach at 9:30pm and closing time 10:00pm then also they didn’t serve to us and he closed and lock the door on our face.

Preordered subs Received and no lettuce on subs Called they offered me a cookie to drive back and they would put lettuce on next time.
This is the only subway which doesn’t pack food properly whenever you order from uber. Need to tell them every time to stick at least a little sticker or tape to close the end of the bag just like every other subway store does but they don’t do it. Very cheap. They just put receipt separately on the subs are in open bags so ridiculous. The guy working there even teach us how we should carry our order and want to argue instead of just putting a little tape to close the bag.

Pop machine dispenses black flavourless liquid. It’s a “freestyle” machine with 4 flavours…the usual freestyle machine have about 120 combinations. No green olives. Put the tip jar away. Luckily most people have driven away before they realize the drinks are brown water
