Subway @ 45th Street, Wasaga Beach

Only tried Subway again because of the BOGO subs. I didn't know until now that meatball subs could ever taste so bad.

The woman working there was friendly enough, but she inexplicably squished/flattened the bread prior to putting the toppings on it. The spinach was all bruised and should have been replaced (so I avoided it).
Subway as a corporation is struggling soccer they started charging premium prices for food that is far from premium quality. I will not be returning to this Subway, even when it's 50% off.

Horrible customer service, I walked into an empty restaurant and had to wait while they did something in the back. Not friendly at all! Put on fresh gloves to take my money and then touched my food with the same gloves. Gross!

Everything was terrible from the service I got to the lack of tomato’s, lettuce, onions, pickles, and cheese did not receive on my sub after ordering online and then driving home only to find out they completely messed up my order. Bread was harder than a rock. Don’t know how this franchise hasn’t been investigated yet by subway corporate

I have been eating meatball subs for 30 years from many, many locations in multiple countries. This one ranks as the worst I have eaten, and I love this sub normally. Meatballs were cold, the taste was off (like they were not fresh). One meatball in sandwich my son had was hard and cold on inside. My wife's tuna sub had barely any tuna in it.I cant convey how disappointed I am. Where is the quality control? Just terrible. I will not return to this location.UPDATE: wrote a review into head office. Was contacted by owner offering a free sub and then did not follow through. This location is a complete joke. Clearly its the way it is due to poor management. I hope they close down. Will drive into stayner or river rd location in future
